Unprofessional and Untrustworthy

Unprofessional and untrustworthy company. He took my credit card number and then blew me off without completing the work. On the day of the move, he left two workers who were INCREDIBLY slow and unequipped, only bringing a 15 foot truck. They dragged my furniture instead of lifting it and broke a bookshelf and crushed my wicker furniture. Also, they'd promised to be COVID safe due to my immune disorder, but halfway through they stopped caring and started taking off their masks. He told me he'd come back the next day at 1:00 to finish so I paid him, but he never came back the next day and blew off my calls. Deceptive first impression: he didn't fulfill the contract and disrespected me and my things.
