Cool designs, awful quality

Ordered a bunch of clothes because they have cool designs.

Didn’t even get to wear them, the stitching around the sleeves and neck was busted.

Extremely low quality is not worth premium prices, even if the designs are cool.

3 out of 4 items incorrect. Really poor.

I was lured in by the cool Ghibli inspired designs and bought 4 different shirts in two separate orders. I had them shipped to a friend I was going to visit in the USA because I live in the UK and thought this would be cheaper and more sensible to just collect then while I'm there. The shirts took 4 months to ship, and when I received them I discovered that they were all incorrect bar one shirt. 3 out of 4 shirts incorrect has got to be some kind of record! I ordered long sleeved for all of them, and only one came correct. All of them have poor quality prints and one of them had a completely wonky misprint as well. Most companies would have caught this in quality assurance before they were shipped but they seem to be shipping from another country so I'm not sure they even see the completed product.

Customer service was curt but they did initially refund the first two shirts I complained about and sent photographs proving that what I said was true. I hadn't opened one of the shirts because it was a gift for a friend for Christmas. Lo and behold that was the final wrong order, but the customer service rep told me that they won't refund that one because it's been too long since the orders were delivered.

It's just not a good quality company so I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Unique drops

I had a great experience with Rucking Fotten. They’ve made some of the best gifts I’ve given, and the shirts I got are always getting compliments.

I did have issues with my first order, when they moved. There were huge delays and bless them they were clearly in the weeds (been there). Meghan was super helpful, super understanding and helped chase things up and sort some things out for me.

That said, my second order was the quickest I have EVER received an item from overseas so they’re clearly working on finding solutions! Absolutely no issues the second time around.

I’ve personally had no issues with my shirts fading, I just made sure to wash them as per the instruction (inside out, 30C max and I try not to have a fast spin cycle going and no dryers).

Lots of mixed reviews here, but I’d say overall I had a decent experience from here and will continue to support these guys.

Wow - Low resolution prints in the name of PROFIT MARGIN.

Wow, how can you sell something online and what the customer receives, is something entirely different? That means costs have been cut in order to achieve margin, but in reality, your high definition images that are enticing your customers to buy them, are then adjusted to a lower resolution, and then what the customer receives is a really bad taste in their mouth, and the feeling that they have been short changed and ripped off... Unacceptable! Why would you cut corners on quality rather than just raising the price? People buying your stuff are here because they are interested in rare, durable, great quality high definition pieces for collectors purposes, this is not what was received. It's effectively JUNK. Who is running this company? You should have a RED face. It's embarrassing, no quality control whatsoever, unless just to make a few extra bucks. There are many companies competing with you now, and you guys have dropped the ball in the name of PROFIT. That's pretty shameful. The Fear and Loathing poster print tshirt was CRAP, it was like a cartoon and was nothing like the original poster print which you advertised on your website. There are many other images I can give examples of, but I will save it, and people know exactly what I'm talking about. I am dreading receiving my latest order, in fear of more JUNK, which I will have no choice but to return. Nobody wants low resolution tut in the name of your back pocket. Why is that? Are you re-printing lower quality versions just for the clearance sale? I don't think I can come back from this, this is false advertisement. Is it even legal? Shame on you guys! SORT IT OUT - OR GIVE UP! Nobody is here to buy your cheap CRAP. :-( 1 out 5

Order at your Own risk going forward

I've been a longtime customer until delays with the last two orders which still have not arrived after 3 months. CS is basically non existent and once ownership was approached directly looking for help, they copped an attitude and became passive aggressive, as if customers should just shut up and wait, despite all signs showing there are massive problems on their back-end. Get your house in order or don't, either way these were my last orders.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service, revived the wrong item on a limited shirt that took 4 months to get to me and they have not reached back out to help resolve the issue and it’s been awhile. Go find another good company to support!

Update:
After 3 weeks of waiting for a response to help resolve the issue, I received a very rude reply stating i gave no order number & that I couldn’t even spell my own email address, I had screen shots of the emails I sent with the correct email address and the order number and date I ordered the shirt. I stick with my review, they need to hire better costumer service reps because that is awful, you should never feel blamed for a companies mistake. My first time buying from this company and let me tell you there is much better brands to support than this one!

Initial Contact: When you first reached out via our website support form, our system flagged that the reply we sent within a couple of days failed to deliver due to a typo in the email address you provdied. We understand this made it seem like we ignored your message but we did respond to the misspelled email address you provided.

Order Details: In your follow-up, our team requested your order number so we could quickly locate your specific shipment and details. We did not receive this crucial piece of information until recently, which unfortunately prevented us from addressing your concerns sooner.

We realize that the combination of these communication gaps led to significant delays.

Regarding your shipment timeline, we confirm the fulfillment delay was due to production issues, which we provided updates on. Your order was ultimately shipped within 11 weeks of purchase, which, while longer than the 8 weeks initially stated, is not the four months referenced.

Avoid this company

I’m glad to see I’m not the only one with issues with this company. I used to love seeing their drops and ordering. After the horrible experience I had I didn’t know if anyone was tracking these, so I will happily pile mine on. First of all, randomly one day I was blocked on their Instagram. Why? I don’t know. I never posted anything other than excitement and positive feedback about their drops. It felt super weird. I reached out to them to inquire on it and never got a response. I then responded to them again because I had an outstanding order that wasn’t fulfilled that should have been shipping according to their updates. Still no response. So I reached out to Sean directly to ask once again. My communications were nothing but professional. Never got a response. I ended up disputing the charge and I never got my final shirt. I don’t know what the F your problem is, but I hope these reviews make it to the folks who are collaborating with you for events etc like beyond fest and they think twice about working with jerks like you. You don’t deserve it and thankfully there’s better dropship horror shirt companies out there.

Awful service! Why are you so angry, Megan?

Hoo boy, the shirts are fine but you had better hope you never have an issue with your order. If you're unlucky enough to get Megan handling your service request prepare to get treated like you're a complete idiot. I don't understand how someone whose job it is to handle customers can get away with being so smug and dismissive every step of the process. Stay away!

"All orders not including a jacket have shipped" quite literally means that anyone who hasn't made an order containing a jacket has had their order shipped. Your order has a jacket so it has not shipped.

My items were never received

My items were never received. Megan has refused to give me evidence of where they were delivered and she has been smug and unpleasant to deal with. I suspect I will never see the goods or a refund. Do not order from this company.

They stole $45 from me because I criticized a drop, changed my mind on a pre-order because of their rudeness. I hope more people stand up to these wannabe hot topic rejects.

Very unprofessional, rude & unhelpful customer service

Unfortunately the reviews outlining poor customer service are true. I placed an order for a t-shirt during one of their "Archive" sales, which means the t-shirts are already printed and ready to ship. I mistakenly ordered a size small, when I need an XL. Immediately , within 5 minutes of placing the order I emailed them letting them know the issue, and asked if they could send an XL instead of a small (which was available when I placed the order because I filtered which shirts were available by " size XL". I received an email back two weeks later saying "we can't, read our faq" in as many words (again, I read the faq Meghan). I could understand if this were a preorder, but they absolutely have an XL printed and ready to ship in the warehouse but they are refusing to do right by the customer in this situation for no apparent reason other than "we can't because our faq & product pages say so". I was very cordial in my email, and Meghan was definitely very short, rude, and unprofessional. I truly like the designs on their shirts and have spent hundreds of dollars over several drops from them, but I will not continue to support a business that cares so little about their customers. Just know if you make a mistake on your order, they aren't even going to attempt to help you even when the resolution is completely reasonable, much less be courteous in their correspondence with you

I failed to mention that I also requested a cancellation, and they also declined to do this. A week later, they cancelled a pre-ordered item that has not been produced yet, that I did not request to cancel but still will not cancel the item referred to in this review, which further proves they are a spiteful company that does not deserve your business. I have never emailed them with so much as a question, this is the first interaction I have had with anyone at the company.

I've had nothing but great experiences…

I've had nothing but great experiences with the many purchases I've made through RF. They are communicative, clearly state how everything works on their website, and care about their product and brand.

Recently, I received a wrong item in an order. This is the first time something like this has happened in over ten orders from them. I sent an email with a picture, read the autoresponse that says they will reply in 24-72 hours from receiving it (on business days, so fair, work-life balance is important for everyone), and they kindly let me know that they aren't able to replace international orders, but immediately refunded me the money. It is, of course, disappointing to not get the shirt we originally ordered, but they did right by us in responding in a timely, kind, and clear way; offering us a refund immediately; and allowing us to keep the other shirt (it's dang cool, too).

With any company and any human interaction: read carefully and communication kindly and things will be good!

Patience

This has been my favorite screen printed shirt company for the last 6 years or so. It was recommended to me by a friend who saw I frequently attended comic cons and their posts were kind of like a scavenger hunt. They would drop hints and clues and you would have to try and find them. I love that they love and respect horror and cult films like I do. This is a made to order shirt company that makes limited edition drops. Knowing this, please be patient with them!! You will get your clothing I promise!! I love their designs and the variety they put out. Plus if you stick around, they are also involved in the screen print poster scene and sometimes co-host limited edition film screenings. Everyone I've met whether at their events or even through their social media have been kind and insightful.

Join the cult!

This company is ran by awesome people that listen to their customers interests & consistently release cool merch. Their shirts are very nice quality, with typically large prints that cover the majority of the shirt. They do a good job standing out whenever I wear any of their shirt anywhere.

If you LOVE limited T shirts check this company out!

I fell in love with this company when I saw the HELLRAISER T design & I was like 'I GOTTA have that!'😸
Over the years & 10 purchases later I can say I've always had a great experience with RUCKING but if you understand timed releases then you will get; be patient with your orders...it DOES take time but it's worth it👍🏿
