Our order was entered easily. We were informed of delivery which arrived on time. There was an issue with one of the feet on a chair which was dealt with swiftly so I can say thank you for very good customer service.

After purchasing a bronze ornament as a gift, I phoned up to see if they could include a personalised message.

We bought 2 each of 2 different outdoor chairs + a semi-circular outdoor table and the products were of even better quality than we had thought they would be. The table is perfect for where we want it and the chairs are of a very decent size, very attractive, robust and comfortable. Additionally, the packaging was very protective and the service more than prompt.
Unfortunately, one chair got through quality control with an area on the upper arm rest that was faulty. Within less than 6 working hours, a satisfactory outcome had been offered by Ruby's Garden and accepted by me, so excellent customer service.
I strongly recommend buying from this company.
Since writing this, the company has certainly gone the extra mile by offering to supply spare cushions for the chair(s). These are not normally sold as items on their own, so the Customer Services lady (Kim) has spent time and trouble in making it happen. We are very grateful to her and the company for such a satisfactory outcome.
