They kindly offered me a full refund cuz the size was too big (for both the cup and the sterilizer). I just send it back to them to receive a refund and soon after I got my money back. I'm grateful for that cuz I wouldn't be able to use either of them. They even reached out to me through my review so I didn't have to reach out to them😁

I was in a hurry and my parcel seemed missing, the team pulled through and sent me another one! The products are great. The underwear seems more high quality than most of the period pants I have seen and used. Look perfect after a wash as well; even though I accidentally did put one pair to the drier. Highly recommend!

I love Ruby Cup panties. Now my periods are more comfortable than ever. The only thing I could observe is about the new panty model, for a curvy girls is not easy to wear, I think the fabric expands very easy. Or maybe the seams are not very strong and losses grip. The absorption is amazing.

No stains and so COMFY!
Used it for the first time during my cycle, the panties are so soft and comfy, I used the flow freedom on my heavier days and thankfully no stains or funky smell like with pads!! Highly recommend if you want to switch to period underwear and are tired of rashes from pads 😬!

Sustainable and super comfortable period pants
I tried the Ruby Cup underwear and was very impressed. They are super comfortable, flattering fit, and I love the aubergine colour. The cup in blue is great too. The customer service was also amazing, so helpful and friendly throughout. And they are planet-friendly. Big fan already!

Overall product is great! I have two cups now and the collapsible cleaning container. I like the companies mission too. Shipping Being in the US, make sure to factor in shipping time. It took over 10 days to arrive, but I planned for that.

Just brilliant.
This is my first Ruby cup, but I have been using a cup for 2 years.
I was worried as it was far bigger than my previous one. However, it has been far easier to use, a much sturdier material and no issues with it not opening once placed. My previous cup would stay folded in the ‘c position’ but the ruby cup opens perfectly.
I have had no leakage and so far so good.
For those of you who are sceptical about using a period cup, go for it. It was a game changer and although it can take some time to get used to, once you have, it’s revolutionary and also so much safer and cheaper than tampons.
I also have the steriliser. This is fab.

Best purchase
The period underwear are amazing! I trialled them recently during a heavy cycle and had no leakage, it held for 8 hrs, and felt so comfortable! They're on the expensive side but worth it as I can tell they are going to last a very long time
