I had an extremely frustrating experience with this company. First, my order arrived three weeks late, which was already disappointing. When the clothing finally arrived, I was shocked by the poor quality. The fabrics were cheap, stitching was uneven, and the items looked nothing like the photos online. I contacted customer service immediately to express my concerns and request a refund. However, they I was told they do not refund sale
Items although it clearly states under the product “14 day money back guarantee.”

The delay and poor quality are bad enough, but their lack of customer care is what really makes never to shop here again. Avoid this company at all costs if you’re looking for reliable service and quality products.

When came asked if I could return as the occasion I brought the dress for was long gone , they said no as it was on sale

Do not buy from this company ... they are a complete sham - poor product and even worse customer service. I wish I'd read the reviews before I bought anything. The company seem to operate under a number of different webshop names and seem to believe consumer regulation doesn't apply to them. I purchased the Modish cardigan back in October 24 and have been in dispute with them since, and also raised a dispute with Paypal but to no avail. They finally issued a returns form, to send the item back to Aisa but still insisting I pay the postage even though the reason I wanted to return the item is that it was nothing like the photo or description.
The cardigan is described on the website as a cosy 'soft knit' and this is reflected in the photo where the picture is of a soft knitted, almost furry looking fabric, whilst the item delivered is made of much thinner, more elastic fabric more like T-shirt fabric (95% polyester, 5% spandex), so the look, feel and the drape of the cardigan is very different to the photo. The Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations (2008) requires product descriptions to be truthful and accurate and under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 "Goods Must Match the Description" and products must conform to the descriptions and photos provided on the website. The law states that if these regulations are breached customers can request a replacement, repair, or full refund if the product does not meet the description or expectations set by the website. Businesses like this should not be allowed to get away with it!

AVOID !!!! This company falsely advertise their returns policy and delivery times are misleading . They DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges even if the item doesn’t fit and claim my product was a sale item so I can NOT return it . I was unaware it was a sale item as the price I paid was £45.00
The product is very poor quality , too small and nothing like the image on their website . I am still trying to get my money back for what I consider to be a nasty piece of TAT that doesn’t even

I wish I could give a zero star review, or even negative. Terrible website. They lure you in with a very nice pic and you think it’s from the uk. Next thing you know it’s from china. It took forever to come and it was nothing like I ordered. I am usually so careful with ordering from new sites but I was stupid. I should have checked here first. I paid via PayPal and there is supposed to be buyer protection. I am going to see it through. I am so annoyed

my dress didn’t have sequins on, it was a sandy nude colour and the material is thin like 30 denier tights. i’m not sure if this company is a scam looking at the reviews. the dress received looks nothing like the pictures advertising it and it has no sequins on at all. this would not sell in a market for £5 let alone its normal price of £90. it’s really strange, that’s why i’m not sure if it’s a real company. it also took a month to arrive and no returns. please don’t waste your money here unless you have it to throw away

As everyone here as said , the dress arrived nothing like the picture , terrible quality . As IF it was ever £80 originally !!! I usually cross- check sites on here and forgot as was so tired when ordering . It’s only when you read the small print it says delivery from Asia . Also they have deleted everyone’s warning posts on Facebook

I ordered 2 dresses from this site , the dresses arrived and they are nothing like the photos at all , shape,colour,quality, sizing …they are now saying as they were in the sale ..I paid £39 each they won’t refund !!! But they didn’t send what o ordered ???? They have used photos off another site to sell items ..it’s just fraud ..I will be posting on every media platform to stay away …I have just come out of hospital and this was my treat as having a little night out after 6 weeks ..DISGUSTING SERVICE…FRAUD…LIARS

As others have said avoid at all costs. Misleading name stating UK. Website items are not what is sent out. My child could have knitted a better cardigan than the one I was sent.

The dress took weeks to come, product was poorly made. When I emailed back to say I wanted to return they said I was unable to as it was a sale item, which it was not. The dress was not cheap either. When you go on their website it says Ruby & Mae UK - THEY ARE NOT BASED IN THE UK, another rip off company based in Asia!

Do not buy from this company the cloths are shocking nothing like advertised and when asked for a returns label they tell you you can’t return

Rip off, rubbish, not UK based.

I ordered my outfit on 2nd Nov and still havnt recieved this. I've emailed the dept and they keep giving me a link to check transit. The transit has changed constantly from China, going to evri now it's back to on plane from Hong Kong. I bought this outfit for a wedding 3 weeks ago. It wasn't cheap either. Will never buy from here again.

3 weeks wait to receive incorrect item. The quality is awful!!!!
Even though they sent the wrong item they requested I pay £12 to exchange for correct one (absolutely not!)
Terrible customer service. Taking to ombudsman.

After finally receiving my order nearly a month on I was speechless the quality is appalling I have truly never seen anything so awful and you can’t even return their goods the return process is dead end you have too chase and chase and looking at other reviews a refund just is not an option. Customers have consumer rights, It maybe an idea for all customers to contact an ombudsman as this refund issue is clearly not limited .
