I purchased your 28 inch tile cutter...great quality. Noticed no instructions or tips etc. Looks like the rubber fit are missing...as seen in the pic on the package. First time with your product so needed a few pointers on best way to cut the tile, adjust the cutting wheel etc. Looked on your website but couldnt find any help. Wrote to you 3 weeks ago and still no response, so not impressed. Also tried to register my product with the phone app but could not but was able to do so online.

This manual tile saw is awesome. I have not cracked a tile yet. Excellent piece of equipment. I thought it was a little expensive at first but I was totally wrong. Great purchase!

I use DU-200 EVO 2 days. Really good tool. But I saw 2 inconveniences: 1. The table can be wider by 10-15 cm in both sides. Why? When I need to cut tile 15x60cm, inconvenient to keep it and push the motor.
2. Table has holes for water drainage. For better drainage, one corner should slightly go inward.

I'm using the machine for cutting stones currently. I actually needed a bigger one for my work but this is what I can afford now and it's working smoothly.

Been using Rubi cutters for a long time always been good and service backup if needed
Down side is new tx max cutter cases are not good they distort in transport and don’t hold things in place plus where my old ts60 sits on top of the case the tx 710 and 1020 do not so if job site is tight on space you have to take case out ,
The other issue is the bar sticks out a long way so again restrictive if tight on space

I love the new speed magnet cutter.
The "breaker" attached to the cutter and handle has always been a problem, especially when cutting tiles with bevelled edges, whereas the speed magnet flicks it out of the way so that you can concentrate on the cutting, brilliant

The Rubi tx-1020 does not cut 21mm tiles. I tried on 3 different porcelain 20mm tiles and all broke randomly and some shattered at the end. Tried deep score, light score hard press low press. Nothing worked. This is false advertising. Don’t bother with buying, I know have a Brocken with returning the item.

I’m a novice and purchased a TX 1250 tile cutter, I have a professional timer working with me on renovations at our home. As a novice who has never cut a tile in his life previously I found the TX simply and easy to use. My tiler who has always used a Sigma is so impressed with the Rubi he is going to purchase a Rubi tile cutter.
