Disappointed

My builder didn’t check the delivery of a £1000 vanity unit within 2 days of it arriving. When it was opened, it had two hairline cracks down either side of the basin. They will not discuss any sort of replacement basin. Very disappointed. Four emails and a phone call later. They will not even offer a discounted replacement basin.

As per our company policy, all items must be checked within 2 business days of delivery, and any damage or issues must be reported within that timeframe. Unfortunately, as this matter was brought to our attention three months after delivery, we are unable to offer a replacement or discount in this case.

We understand this may be disappointing, but we are unable to make a claim or provide support for items reported outside of the inspection window.

Nowhere near as good as they look online. Best to avoid.

Ordered a sink and vanity. I had to chase for timelines on delivery as I hadn't heard anything for a 7 days following the order confirmation. I was then told the sink top was not in stock and asked would I accept an alternative.

Upon inspection of the vanity unit I wasn't happy with the quality of it. It had several visible marks and dents on the cabinet which I wasn't expecting, especially given the price. I contacted customer service with photo evidence and was told that they couldn't process the claim because it has passed the 2 day inspection date rule.

Regardless of the inspection date, I spent a lot of money on a brand new cabinet, and the reality is, they have posted an item that does not meet the standard and is faulty.

Use with caution. It's upsetting, as their stuff online is really in trend and looks great. For what they are charging you think you'll get a great product and service but they're not what they seem.

Rubeza - if you want to stack up against some of the more up market furniture retailers you need to improve your products or at least keep your customers happy when you are at fault.

I note your reply below, please understand that this vanity unit has not been fit because I have only just had to chance to remove it from the box. It was 100% faulty upon delivery. The bottom line is that regardless of when I have made you aware the unit was delivered faulty and i don’t feel that it is faulty - IT IS FAULTY. I haven't fit it because I'm unhappy with the finish of it.

This is not a 'concern' - it is a complaint that you are doing nothing about. Take responsibility!

Not worth the price tag!

I purchased the Rubeza Sofia Left Hand Facing Big Corner Sofa in Warm Sand a few years ago, expecting premium quality given its price tag (over £3,000 in some cases). Initially, the sofa looked stunning and was comfortable, but over time, the quality has proven to be disappointing.

The chaise section, in particular, has lost its firmness and no longer feels “plump,” which is unacceptable for such an expensive piece of furniture. For a product marketed as high-end, this level of wear within just a few years is frustrating.

To make matters worse, Rubeza only offers a 1-year frame guarantee, which is far below the industry standard. Most reputable sofa companies in the UK provide at least a 5-year guarantee to cover frame and padding issues. This limited warranty leaves customers with little recourse when quality fails sooner than expected.

In my opinion, the Rubeza Sofia sofa does not live up to its premium price or advertised quality, and the short warranty reflects a lack of confidence in their products. I wouldn’t recommend this brand to anyone looking for durability or long-term value.

Brought a necklace from this company. It arrived broken and was far lower quality than described. Total waste of money.

This is the fake review , We don't have such a customer base on this , Trustpilot is breaching his own guidelines to do not delete this review even no response received from which people Write this review we suspicious someone related with trust pilot writing this review's sake of earning money also another things we have suspicious , We offered from another Third party company to delete 1 Star reviews with $800 guaranteed never trust truspilot anymore. If we pay these we don't who did this it can did again, We using https://www.reviews.io based on review's and this review platform connected with shopify only collecting reviews who is our real customer other people's not allowed the give fake review like trustpilot. However trust pilot guy's suspiciously emailed us before offered us paid package to make our reviews better all suspicious , I will leave the give desicion of public about this review.

Purchase of Sofia Collection & Great Service

Purchased Sofia Collection Sofa, Armchair and footstool. Good quality and lovely design.

The service has been excellent and they have been very accommodating as we had delays and they held the sofas. I would highly recommend.
