From the initial design to when I got my cabinets I had a great experience. They were very helpful & knowledgeable in putting together a beautiful kitchen for me and followed up with me throughout the whole process. The cabinets are constructed well & gave my kitchen a completely new feel.

Quality of the cabinet boxes was very good.
Quality of the hardware (drawer slides) was inferior.
My order came with no hardware! Had to buy myself locally to meet my installation date. It took customer service 11 days to send me new hardware. Cabinets were already installed by that date.

I love my cabinets. Customer service was great. I had 3 damaged cabinets and they sent 3 replacements right away. The only reason I gave a 4 star instead of 5 star was because the cabinets could have been packed better. The plastic ties that held the boxes together, caused the damage on the cabinets. It took 2 weeks for the replacements to arrive which caused a delay in the completion of the job. Having said all that, I would still buy from them again.

Cabinets were good grade and easy to assemble. Recommend them for any home remodeler or self help individual who is looking for good quality cabinets.

Unfortunately 2 cabinets were shipped in our package already assembled. At first glance it was clear that the two cabinets had previously been installed and returned to stock. Upon closer examination it was clear why the were returned. A few areas of the face had saw marks that did not finish up in the planing and there were no predrilled holes for the hinges.

Notified company of issues who asked if we would like to replace them but we had to install already Installed them due to weeks of delay in the delivery date. It was hard to except the fact that the company stated they would investigate the concern and did not respond nor was any other compensation offered.

Cabinets arrived early and the fit and finish were first class. They look great in our house.

Love the quality of these cabinets. We live within driving distance (1 1/2 hours) of the warehouse, so we picked up our order to save the shipping costs. All went well. Assembled and installed the cabinets in my laundry room the next day. Good price and great quality wood construction. Would definitely recommend RTA Wood Cabinets.

Product quality was great and easy to assemble. Customer service was top notch and immediate. Will use them again and would highly recommend.

I was doing fine with RTA until I had to order additional material.They charged me $450 to ship a $1000 order.An absolute ripoff

The cabinets I purchased were good quality and it was easy to deal with customer service.

Kitchen island cabinets are beautiful from a distance, but compared to the rest of my kitchen and bath Medallion cabinets, I got what I paid for. At half the cost, they were close to what I had but I’d have liked closer. There are slight flaws but overall, I did get what I paid for and they turned out beautiful. Had a broken piece and they shipped out a replacement quickly, customer service was really great. One problem was with the double trash can drawer. It doesn’t stay closed all the way at the bottom we’ll and although there was an option for soft close feature, we decided it wasn’t worth the extra high cost, so we’ll have to perhaps glue magnets at the bottom inside of drawer and cabinet wall to help it close and stay closed better.

Great quality. Delivery was delayed but that is happening with every company. Was missing some hardware but RTA responded immediately and sent out for a week later. Good experience.

These guys were amazing from the beginning to the end! they listened to my needs and gave me a design that even my contractor was impressed with. The most important part is it came when they promised and it looks fabulous!!!

I was looking for an affordable way to install a new kitchen. RTA came up in a Google search. The service was okay, really 3,5 stars. I was working with a young guy. He was polite, but suggested a design that had 6 inches of an empty space. We were back and fourth until I finally recalculated the space by myself and told him the correct measurements.

We waited 2 1/2 months to gets our cabinets and the cabinets dont even match. I’m so annoyed after waiting this long and paying over 3,000 for something that doesn’t even match.

Transaction went smoothly and very happy with the quality of the product. Purchased assembled vanities were delivered ahead of expected delivery date

I was trying to price out cabinets. Got the design from Zack. I wanted to know what was included. He would not give me any more info without my billing info. Terrible way to do business. Guess I'll go back to kitchen cabinet kings. Thanks for nothing Zack.

Excellent quality at a reasonable price. Easy to assemble and install. Beautiful finished product.

Great cabinets at a good price!
Motty at RTAWoodCabinets was great to work with and wonderful throughout the whole process. We went back and forth MANY times as my wife and I made small changes - Motty was quick to update our cabinets and drawings. The photorealistic layouts he sent were key to getting exactly what we wanted. Had a few damaged pieces in our large shipment, but Motty was quick to remedy the issue and sent out replacements!

These cabinets are great. I would buy them again. Easy to assemble and install. They look great. And they are build very well. The wood is solid.
