My only complaint is that not all the cabinets were in stock and I had to adjust plans. However, Zack Ganz (RTA Rep) did all the workarounds and mental gymnastics to assist me on this long project/endeavor. Whenever I needed help or advice, Zack was there quickly and with a solution. He was a great communicator both via email and phone calls. He was awesome for me and my family.

Written instructions very unclear, at a new construction build if you do not have internet yet, unable to access videos online as recommended. Do not give instructions on which screws to use where. Smallest size screws still protrude through bottom. Difficult to assemble compared to other manufacturer we have used previously. Received multiple extra drawer fronts not needed.

We decided to go with the unassembled cabinets to save some money. The delivery was professional. We took note of each package. A few surface tears of cardboard but everything inside was intact. We watched the online videos multiple times and they provided great info. We started with a smaller cabinet and the video was based on that cabinet model. We did a dry fit first to make sure it would go together. We did notice after that first cabinet, the instructions didn't always apply to the cabinet we were working on, but we were able to figure it out. My husband set the cabinets once assembled and then the quartzite was installed. Finally, the hardware was installed. We are super happy with the results. Overall, the assembly process was fairly easy, but more awkward for the larger pantry cabinets.

Great prices, amazing super fast delivery, all items were in stock, and everything arrived in perfect condition! Oxford toffee product line is beautiful. The finish is silky-smooth like fine furniture. Everyone who has seen our kitchen loves the cabinetry. I'm a remodeling contractor and this is an amazing product at any price point. Assembly process is very basic but finished product is extremely sturdy utilizing solid wood, plywood, dovetails, and metal brackets. No particle board. Hinges and slides are soft close "Blum" hardware "copies" that are more than adequate.

We purchased our kitchen cabinets 4 years ago and we still love them and this company.

1. We found RTA in the middle of choas.... 2020....massive insurance claim in the middle of covid.... we were on a time frame and a budget and many companies were closed or had supply issues. Not RTA. They worked with us through the ordering process and got us all everything we needed! Their selection was impressive!

2. The shipment came and it was exactly what we ordered. Solid wood cabinets at a great price and quick delivery.

3. 4 year later we have a few brackets break.... we use our kitchen all day every day... homestead and big family.... and after searching for replacement on our own and comi g up dry I reached out to RTA. They treated me with the SAME AMAZING SERVICE, even though our warranty had expired and they were making money off of me. They sent more replacements than what I needed for free and a link to the correct ones if I ever needed more in the future.

This is the rea del and we couldn't be more happy with our choice to use this company.

We were a little nervous about ordering cabinets online and unseen but our experience couldn’t have been better. Cabinets were easy to install and assemble, quality solid wood, and an excellent paint job. Zack Ganz was our designer and he gets 5 stars. Zack was very helpful with great responsive communication and numerous suggestions on the design. I purchased cabinets 3 different times for renovations of 2 houses i own. There was just 1 issue with a missing part and it was sent quickly to me. I have buying the contractor special and for rental apartments the quality will hold up.

I am satisfied with the design Zack and I agreed on. However, I did ended up with excess doors and filler materials. I paid for 2 glass cabinet doors separately and later discovered on another site there is an option of paying the difference to swap the regular doors with the glass doors.

It took longer to assemble the cabinets than suggested and the Lazy Susan and drawer cabinets were a bit more difficult to assemble. I purchased two 9" cabinets with inserts and expected those to be assembled and they weren't. There were also a few minor damages, but I made it work.

There are a few things buyers should be aware of. First, delivery is only curbside, 2nd you have to pay return shipping if you choose to return anything and 3rd there is a restocking fee. Also, shop around I did see cheaper prices on other sites after I had already purchased. However, some of them had separate shipping fees while RTA didn't.

I called a few companies about these cabinets. RTA Wood Cabinets were by far the best service. I had existing cabinets thru a contractor that I needed to match. Zack was unbelievably helpful, answering my questions and giving me helpful advice. Being able to pick up at a warehouse in a neighboring state was easy and saved me substantial money

Orders were as we expected. Very easy pick up from factory. Installation was done with no problems.

Gina was great to work with. She kept me updated about shipping and worked with the carriers for our 3 shipments of kitchen cabinets. The cabinets were very easy to put together and they look so nice! I'm so happy with them and wish they had more bathroom options because I love them so much. Thank you!

Zack did an amazing job for us. I am a custom builder and could not wait for a 12 week lead time for a laundry room remodel. I sent him room measurements and within an hour he had pricing, color elevations, and layouts emailed to me. I received three sample doors in two days. Unbelievable service. I p ulled the trigger and paid over the phone, and cabinets showed up (built and boxed) in 5 days. He send extra filler pieces, all I needed for install, and they look great. This process and pricing was so great that I am using them in my business going forward. 100% Great Experience.
