When my car was recently involved in an accident, RT Autos was my nearest approved repairer through the insurance company. RT Autos were very quick to get my car booked in, and it was ready to drive away when they said it would be. RT Autos provided a friendly professional service throughout. When my car had been repaired, I gave it a thorough check over, not just the areas that had been repaired, but looked at the car as a whole as well. The work they carried out was flawless and my car once again looks virtually like new. I would like to thank Richard and his team, and would definitely be pleased to use their services again.

He also kindly buffed off some scratches on my husband's car and included it in the original price. My car looks like new and so does my husband's car! Someone drove into my car so I went to see Richard at RT autos, he took away the stress of dealing with insurance companies and being without a vehicle while mine was repaired. I just had to drop mine off and sign for the hire vehicle he had arranged through the other parties insurance. A short time later my car was ready to collect and Richard had presented me with a full damage report with everything that was checked and repaired alongside a new tyre and wheel alignment as a precaution which is a service I did not expect, I assumed it would just be a bit of body repair and paintwork. I would highly recommend RT Autos if you want a hassle free experience and to be back on the road confident your car has been repaired professionally.
