Very professional & very reasonable priced. Gave me good advice about my watch and completed the repair quicker than expected.

Ive just collected my son's Omega Seamaster which required a new bezel and glass. I was updated via email and phone as to the status of the repair(some parts needed to be ordered). The cost was what I would expect of a high quality watch repair carried out by a an expert with years of experience. In summary - a great service. I would recommend RS- and even if you dont live in the Manchester area, a postal service is available. :-) :-) :-)

I sent my Omega Seamaster to RS watch repairs to fix a scratched seconds hand and some dust left on the dial by a careless jeweller.

I can only reflect all the other reviews left here. RS were brilliant all the way through - the watch came back to me with fresh seals and hands, a replaced HE valve (free) and a pristine dial (and I can be quite picky!).

I will be sending all my watches to RS from now on. Couldn’t recommend more.

I was kept aware of everything as it happened. I was informed and asked to inform if I did or didn't want whichever matter that came up that was not initially aware, instead of just going ahead with. Item returned in very sufficient packaging.

Dropped my Submariner in for repair/service after the watch stopped working. A service was recommended due to (a) the time since the last one and (b) the cost of repair being similar to a service. The service was completed within four weeks. Online system tracked all the process and timely email updates were provided. Well recommended service - won't hesitate to return when the watch next needs a service.

Couldn’t fault the service or the price from start to end. Very clear instructions and made very simple and secure to send my watch to them. Regular updates as watch was repaired serviced and then cleaned. Returned today within the times they said it would be returned. No hesitation in recommending.

From the first phone call and the initial visit for a quotation I was dealt with very professionally and made to feel totally at ease leaving my beautiful Rolex for servicing and full repair. I was given regular updates as to the progress and on completion I was absolutely delighted - my Rolex was like a brand new watch. Thank you so much - I will definitely use you again.

First class experience with my omega seamster collected today ,they are fully upfront in what work they have done and even shown you the seals changed all pressure tested etc will always use their services now.

An Omega watch of mine needed a crystal replacement, which was completed within an acceptable timescale. We made appointments to drop off & pick up the watch. All ‘paperwork’ is done online. This would be my only criticism of the service. If you are dropping off an expensive timepiece you should have something tangible then & there at the point of drop off imo which proves the company have your timepiece, as there was a slight delay of an hour or two before the online confirmation came through, so this causes needless anxiety. This aside, the company were a delight to deal with.

Excellent service, kept me informed all the way through. Watch came back looking new.

RS Watch repairs did a great job. Communication was excellent throughout. At every step I had the sense that RS Watch repairs is a really tightly run, well organised business. I took my 5 year old Omega to RS for a service and general overhaul. They were professional , attentive and kept me informed during the time my watch was with them.
First they assessed the watch and provided me with a quote for the works to be carried out.
I collected the watch yesterday. It looks and feels like new. It was returned in a nice protective case with all the bits that had been replaced plus the associated calibration certificates and guarantee.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others
