You emailed 16/06 9:30am saying there was an issue.
I replied to your email at 16/06 9:36am (6 minutes later) asking for your order number and for some photos, and since then I have not heard anything from you.
I am sorry you have had an issue with your tracksuit bottoms, but you haven't even given us a chance to resolve the issue for you. We are just a reseller, all items we send out are brand new in packaging and unopened. Because of this, it is hard for us to check the quality without opening up everything. And no one wants to buy brand new clothes that have already been opened.
