Please do not purchase from this company. If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, there is no process to return your item and to get a refund. It is actually is a scam.
Back in December of 2024, I purchased a silicone doll. Once received, I wasn't satisfied with the quality of the item. I contacted customer service, and I followed the correct process of returning the item. I also used a trusted international courier. I have been chasing the item for months. It arrived at Customs in China, but the recipient didn't provide the required details once contacted by customs, so the item has recently been returned. I followed the correct process, yet I've lost over £300, plus £34 delivery. All I've received is generic emails from customer service advising how to track the item. I have sent numerous emails regarding this issue, and unfortunately, I am no further forward in getting my money back.
Please take my advice, ***DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY***
I should have read the reviews before purchasing from this company.
It is now June 2025. I've sent over a dozen emails and I've received no further correspondence.

If I could I would give it negative 10 stars. The doll we got was not like the one in the picture AT ALL! My daughter worked hard saving up her money so she could get the doll and it took almost two weeks to get here and it wasn’t even the same doll ! They told us that it was the same doll! 😡 😡 This is a scam sight. It wasn’t even the same clothes as shown in the picture.

If I could put zero stars I would! I ordered a lifelike doll with hair, and I got a doll that I could’ve gotten at Walmart! Not only did it not have any hair, but it was stiff as a board. When I contacted a customer service, they said that it was due to the photographer, and it was indeed the same doll! I wish I could post a picture on here so that you can see there was clearly no hair on the doll !!
Thank goodness I always pay through PayPal and they awarded me a full refund! The customer service at ragdoll offered a 15% discount!! What a joke! Be aware of this company do not buy from them

I purchased a doll for my daughter along with bassinet set. Total cost $123.00. It took forever because according to the tracking information it was coming from Mainland China and not a factory from the United States as we were led to believe. So of course the doll arrives and low and behold, it's the old "switch and bate" game. No return address on the box. You must email them to let them know that you wish to return the product. Horrible experience with this company. Accidently I ordered 2 of the same dolls. I guess I looked at them a while back and had a doll in my cart which I didn’t remember. I did order the same doll when my order came two of the same dolls were there. I contacted them and they said let’s start the return process. Send pictures of the problem so we can resolve this for you. I the decided that I wanted a smaller baby that I would have spent more on than the two put together. So I wrote back and said this is what I decided to do. They offered me 10% off because it such a long process to get a refund. I said I have time that wasn’t a problem. I wanted my money back and I’ll get just one full silicone doll. It wrote 6 times and they won’t answer me now. I will never deal with the company again.

Extremely disappointed — misleading product and ignored refund request
I purchased a doll from RSGDolls expecting it to look like the realistic baby doll shown on their website — but what I received was nothing like what was advertised. The doll I got looks cheap, fake, and completely different from the photos. It’s not remotely realistic, which is the whole reason I ordered from them.
I immediately contacted their customer service to request a return, as they clearly state on their website that they offer a 90-day return policy and “convenient and fast returns.” Their only response was to ask for photos of the doll, which I sent right away. After that, they completely ignored me. No refund, no return instructions, no replies — just silence.
This company is misleading customers with false advertising and then refusing to stand behind their return policy. The product is not what they promise, and the customer service is completely unresponsive once they have your money. Avoid this company at all costs.

Scam. They do not sell what is advertised
The saddest experience to watch your granddaughter’s face opening the doll and see the face of disappointment instead of happiness on her birthday. Rsgdolls advertise a beautiful newborn baby doll and send you a cheap horrible plastic doll. They did not want to refund and insult you by offering 10% back. Finally said I can return to China which is costly and once they receive it will refund the doll that costed &45. I am sending it back but I doubt the will comply because this is a scam.

I do have to ship the doll back but it’s fine. I will get my full refund! There is another company out there babeside! I have also ordered from the before and they are much cheaper!! Do not waste your time or money with this company. In a matter of two weeks almost all the doll hair has come out and the silicone is splitting by her eyes and neck! Worse experience ever!

Lack of response to my emails
I have made 6 attempts to contact the company and request a return. Like other reviews. The doll didn’t look like what was ordered. That was OK but there is a 90 day return policy. It’s been a week and a half with no reply. The website says they will reply within 48 hours. It’s been over a week and I continue to email them with no response!!!

Don't order from this company! You won't get a product that looks like what you order. Oh, how I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing from RGSdoll.com. I read the company's "reply" to one of the reviews, and it makes me even more mad. They "prioritize the customer's shopping experience." Yeah, that's one way of saying it. Another way of saying it is that this company is falsely advertising, promising one kind of product but delivering a much more inferior product than one shown on the website. So, your shopping experience might be great, like, wow, what real looking dolls, these are amazing. But, the receiving of the product experience is horrible, because the product you receive will not be what you order. Your daughters and granddaughters will wait for weeks in order to be terribly disappointed when their doll arrives. If I could find this company on social media, I would leave a million bad reviews.

My daughter called me crying because of how disappointed she was. I payed $98!! They emailed me talking about how it is what I ordered, no it aint!
