Wish I could give ZERO stars. Their website description sites words like “real”, “lifelike”, “soft”… THERE IS NOTHING REAL, LIFELIKE OR SOFT AB THESE DOLLS! I could get better at the Dollar Store! Their “customer service” is customer NO service! They refuse refunds saying it’s exactly what they had on their website! I assure you, it is not! I wish I could upload the photos of what $264.16 bought me from this company. They are hard as a rock, cheap looking, and faces look so awful!
I won’t give up on this. I will make sure to post on every website I find ab them and for as long as I can. Thankful I work for Morgan and Morgan Lawfirm. I will just let them handle my case, but hope they don’t entrap another unsuspecting family.

This company is a complete joke. I received my order BUT it was NOT the doll my grand-daughter ordered. I emailed letting them know I got the wrong doll. They responded - "Upon checking your order information, we can confirm that the doll you received is the same as the one you ordered. However, please note that due to the handcrafted nature of our products, there may be slight differences between the real dolls and the pictures on our website"
This is a LIE - I have a picture from THEIR EMAIL of what I ordered and the doll I received was not the same and it is the doll that the child specially did not want.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY!!!!

Don't buy from this site
Don't buy from this site. It is a fraud. The doll I received didn't look even close to the picture on the site. I ordered a 15 inch doll, and the box it came in measured 12 inches. Needless to say the doll was under 12 inches. The quality was very poor. It was just like any other vinyl doll. They wouldn't do a return for me. They said they would give me back 10% of my full purchase. I have not seen the 10% return.

WARNING SCAM. The doll you will receive is not what is described. it is a cheap, very normal, very unrealistic looking doll.
They also wrote the same reply to me as they do to everyone else. Then they will supply you with a fake return address and make out that the expense to send is not worth it for you so you can't get a refund.
Dishonourable and shameful.

This company is a total scam. I ordered my niece a black baby doll November 29, 2024, prior to placing my order had to reach out regarding the status on December 8, 2024, the website states delivery to be expected 3-7 days when the package did arrive December 11, couldn’t believe my eyes was very disappointed. What this company sent me is laughable doll looks nothing as advertised $60 gone: As of now they refuse to reply to emails. Was able to dispute with my bank, but please do not order from RSGDOLLS company is a complete SCAM. The real website can be found on Amazon.

I ordered a doll for my granddaughter and when it came in, it looked nothing like how it was advertised. They offered a 15% refund. I refused so they offered to give me a full refund, but I had to mail it back to them. International mail is not cheap. It cost me $71.00 in postage, going back to China. The total cost of the doll was $103.99. May seem silly to send it back, but it was the principal. Do Not and I repeat Do Not buy this product.

Extremely disappointed in my doll purchase. I wish I had read these reviews before making that decision but my granddaughter sent the link saying how much she wanted it so I went ahead and just ordered. The doll is cheap looking and not realistic look whatsoever as in their website pics. When I contacted to tell of my disappointment and wanting to return I was asked to state reason why and send pictures. After doing so I was offered a 10% discount. I refused and wanted return information. Then I had to contact again because I didn’t get a reply. Then an offer was made for me to keep doll and take a 25% discount because the return address is China and I’d have to pay for return and wait the time to get refund. I went ahead and accepted that cause I wasn’t going to pay double the amount just on shipping back. I will never buy or refer anyone to buy from this company! They are a rip off!!!!

Absolutely disgusting company paid for a doll that was left on my step in plain view and gone when I arrived home this company refuse to look into this with the courier they used and the courier will only open a claim once the company who sent the item get into contact paypal wont help because its classed as delivered so ive taken my claim to the financial ombudsman. The customer service is shocking and rude will never ever use this company again absolutely horrendous stay well clear there are loads of reputable places that sell these dolls this company is a joke

I just received the doll I bought for my niece. It was $140 AUD and it’s horrible. It looks like it’s worth $20. It looks nothing like the picture and the head looks like it’s about to fall off. I am absolutely disgusted! I will be asking for a full refund. Beware. I wish I read reviews prior to purchase. I am usually quite diligent.

The WORST
This has been the most frustrating experience with customer service. My doll couldn’t be delivered for some reason unknown to me, and now they’re saying they don’t offer refunds or replacements (even if I paid for shipping again) for dolls that are sent back to them. To be clear this package was sent back and received by the company. So they have my product and my money. I won’t be buying anything else from them again and I too wish I had read reviews before here before buying 🤦

I wished I had gone to the reviews before purchasing your dolls. I see there are many people such as myself who have supported this business and are dissatisfied with the product. I have been leaving messages on your website about returning the doll I purchased with no response. November 29 was the first email requesting information on how to return the doll. On the same day Mr. Leo responded back asking the reason for returning the doll. The very next day I replied back to my reason and as of today, December 5, 2024, no one has responded to my request. I never thought it would come to writing a review on how dissatisfied I am with this company. Moving forward I am hopeful someone will reach out to me. Thank you!
