Came across this company on fb , great looking beds on adverts , called them as wanted to get a feel to who I might be dealing with before parting with my money ,as prices/ deals discounts seemed really good , did place my order , was in contact on w app as the guy sent me other photos the colour I picked ( as I changed my mind a few times ) picked Mocha ,
10 days later after feeling a bit sceptical , it’s arrived , was a struggle getting it in so would recommend getting a split head board if any one wants the high 70 “ head board , one thing to say , it looks stunning well crafted , otterman

Ordered the Ambassador bed and the bed is lovely and sturdy, easy to assemble. I managed to put it together on my own. Super quick delivery. Really appreciated.

From the minute I messaged ( on a Sunday ) they were absolutely fantastic. I had the poor person up the wall with measurement and colours but they got it spot on. Less than a week later the bed arrived today and we love it. We will be back soon xx 😊

Brilliant customer service!! Can’t thanks RSB furniture enough for the amazing quality of the beds that I got. Outstanding service and really good quality beds with matresses with reasonable prices. Was struggling for the assembly but they kindly did it for me without changing it. I highly recommend them!!!

I went RSB due to their unusual eye catching bed designs and i was not disappointed. The bed designs are real and out of this world. I got the Palace Paradise Royal Panel Bed in Emerald Green - My bed is stunning! In addition there was a mix up with collection and dis-assembly of my old bed, not only did RSB resolve but they footed part of the costs as an apology. Customer service and follow through on their part was outstanding, will definitely use them again and highly recommend!

Great bed. Fabric is lovely, plenty of space for all my clothes underneath, the lid lifts really easy. Delivery was fast and the driver was very polite

Our bed was better than expected and the online pictures did not do our bed justice. Plenty of options to customise your bed and was delivered within the 10 day promise from order. Would recommend this company to anyone . Feel our experience was better than more well known places.

I’m waiting my order from 31may and still didn’t received it ,now we are on 12june!!!

Customer service is 5* , Martin was super fast responding to messages as I ordered the wrong size headboard but he sorted it out for me straight away, looking forward to receiving my new bed .

I bought a bed from this company superking with 7.5 headboard what I received was a king with 6ft headboard. When I asked to resolve , all I got was excuses it was my fault, I sent my original order to them and that was a mistake on my behalf . However it did show the headboard 7.5 not 6 ft and I paid 150 extra for this ! When I contacted them again I have been totally ignored .they know I’ve been overcharged and won’t pay the 150 back As someone with my own business this has been shocking to me today the least . I am utterly disgusted,disappointed and most of all dismayed that in today’s society . We have company’s that set up a website but are not delivering what it says . BE VERY WARY OF THIS COMPANY. They do not take responsibility for there MISTAKES . And then have the cheek to complain about reviews!

I will just add this is a different invoice to what I was sent . Seems to make there own to suit there preferences

I can't recommend them enough ,kept me updated on delivery of my bed ,the 2 guys who delivered very courteous and delivered bed to room of choice even though I live in a 3rd floor flat .thankyou RSB the bed is lovely .
