Unreliable

Unreliable. I purchased a children's chair (Bieco model) and was charged more than the advertised price. They didn't issue a receipt, but they did provide a shipping and tracking number. They then confirmed they had delivered it, but I haven't received anything. I wrote to the customer service listed in the email but never received a response. The email address listed on the website (service at rs-belcher.com) is inactive.
Terrible service. I do not recommend.
