I didn't know this website before I ordered. But I was looking of a very particular part for my car that I could only find one, in whole of Europe. So I decided to order and see how it goes. Well it went pretty well, fast delivery, the item was packaged extremely well and it arrived relatively fast. I recommend.

Very disappointing experience.
I have been waiting almost 2 months for a return to be resolved. I received the wrong item, submitted the return request on time, and have been waiting for the courier to collect the package. The courier never arrived, and customer support did not provide a real solution.
Instead of helping resolve the issue, I received repeated generic responses and was left waiting for weeks. The communication and customer support have been extremely disappointing.
A company that advertises buyer protection should provide a much better service and take responsibility when problems occur.

Impossible to Contact Customer Support – Order Not Delivered and No Assistance
It is impossible to get in touch with customer support. They do not have a phone number, and no one responds on the chat.
I ordered two parts from your website with delivery to Belgium, but they still have not arrived after more than three weeks. On top of that, the shipping company claims that the package was delivered, but it never arrived at my address.
I have no idea how to get my money back because I cannot contact anyone at OVOKO. This is absolutely unbelievable.
