Absolutely awful experience
Absolutely awful experience. If I could give zero stars, I would. Took my Land Rover in for a routine service and somehow it came out worse than when I dropped it off. They managed to misplace my service records, overcharge me by a laughable amount, and then acted like I was the problem for questioning the bill.
The staff were disinterested at best, rude at worst. Communication was nonexistent — I had to call three times just to find out the car was "almost ready," which turned into another two-day wait. And when I finally picked it up, it reeked of oil and the "check engine" light was still on.
Avoid this place unless you enjoy stress, unexpected fees, and watching your vehicle deteriorate in the hands of people who clearly don’t care. Worst garage experience I’ve ever had — and I once had a mechanic duct-tape my bumper as a fix. This was worse.
