Totally no response on money refund

I purchased one of their properties, The South Central, Essex Street, Birmingham in 2021, and the anticipated completion date on contract is Q2/Q3 2023, and the non stop date is 12 months from the anticipated completion date.  As they did not handover the property after the non stop date, I, according to the contract, receded the contact and demand return of my payment.  Up until January 2026, 15% of the contract value is not yet refunded.  And according to my lawyer, there is no response from the developer snd their lawyer. As far as I know, there were a number of buyers experienced the same problem with me.
