Had an internal drain blockage which was tricky to get to. Sorted with minimum fuss. Very nice and helpful team.

Many thanks to Emma, Ian and all the team. It was a big job replacing pipes to the property but the work was done with expertise and care. We were kept informed at every stage of the job and nothing was done without our consent. Thank you and can totally recommend.

Would highly recommend , extremely professional and responsive. I had my main water pipe to the property replaced due to a leak , which was stressful but the team were brilliant. Very tidy as well. Great value for money. Thank you so much

From my initial contact with Emma to the completion by Ian and his colleague I couldn't be more pleased. The main lead water pipe into my property had to be replaced. There were several difficult challenges to this task; which they overcame in a most efficient and professional manner. They completed the task within a matter of days and left my property in the manner in which they found it. What had initially seemed to me to be an overwhelming job they executed it with the minimum of fuss.

I recently had my lead water pipe replaced and was very pleased with the service. The team were professional, efficient, and kept me informed throughout the process. The work was completed on time, with minimal disruption, and everything was left clean and tidy. I’m very happy with the result and would happily recommend this company to others.

Ian and Emma were really helpful especially with giving us an earlier date for our job so we could move forward with our kitchen completion. When on site Ian and his team kept us informed as to what was going on, completed the job well and tidied up after themselves. Ian and Emma were also really helpful in our grant application with Unitied Utilities (we got it). I would have no hesitation in recommending RPD to others. From first query to completion of the job, Ian and Emma were helpful, professional and friendly. We had our lead pipes replaced utilising the grant available from UU. These guys have been in the business a long time and you can trust them – they won’t let you down and they won’t do a dodgy job! Considering how invasive the procedure can be to your home (something I was feeling quite nervous about), you literally couldn’t tell they had touched anything! On the day, Ian and Tom were very courteous, respectful and offered assurances about the work. They arrived early (which I find is rare in current times!) and explained what would be done. The job was completed within the morning taking approx 5 hours. Emma is understanding, quick to reply and very informative. The advice offered throughout the job was exceptional and I will always be keeping RPD in mind for any work with the plumbing and drains. Thank you all.

The fellas who did our drains where brilliant. Very informative, clean , tidy and did a great job and completed everything that was required. Would definitely recommend them for all the above and their efficiency and knowledge and being respectful of our property, also Emma who answers all the calls, deals with emails and anything else asked is always polite, informative and friendly and professional in her role.

I can’t recommend this company highly enough! Ian and Emma were absolutely incredible—reassuring, honest, and truly looking out for our best interests. We had a bad survey done elsewhere and were scare-mongered into believing we needed a massive, costly job. Ian, who clearly knows his stuff, went above and beyond, even working over a weekend to review our initial survey. He even came out to do his survey in minus 6 temperatures, showing real dedication! Thanks to their expertise and honesty, they saved us around £10,000—not to mention sparing us from having to dig up our garden unnecessarily. On top of that, they were just genuinely nice people who made a stressful situation so much easier. If you need trustworthy drainage experts, look no further!

Had a problem with our drains...coldest day of the year, Ian came round after his days work sorted out the blockage and cleared up too in the dark and freezing cold. Fantastic service highly recommend them - thank you🙂

I am very happy to recommend Reactive Plumbing & Drainage. Having discovered a major water leak we were advised we needed the lead pipes to be replaced. I contacted RPD and Emma arranged a site visit the following day. Ian and his team did the work two days later and we were all sorted by the end of the week. All this in the week before Christmas. It was not a straightforward job but Ian was very reassuring and there was minimal disruption. He also dealt with a query I received from United Utilities and overall, I was very satisfied with the whole process.

I really was quite panicked, drains blocked just before family arrivals for Christmas - and I had prompt attention and a quick service, done and dusted, and a very reasonable price to boot! I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Ian found the problem with our blocked toilet within minutes of arriving at the site. Phil and Ian had everything working perfectly in no time at all.

Thanks to Ian and his team we are very happy with the repair to our drain system. He is very knowledgeable and thorough and we were thankful we found this company. We had been previously advised we had a sunken drain on our property. The camera footage on the drain report carried out by RPD showed no sunken drain and saved us thousands of pounds. A very professional company who we would highly recommend and excellent communications from Emma.

5 stars is not enough for the responsiveness, kindness and professionalism displayed by Reactive plumbing….i found myself in a very stressful situation, with backed up drains, for the third time….they attended my property within 24 hours and sorted the problem right away. Absolutely excellent service from the workers themselves but also have to give a shout out to Emma who is front of house….really understanding and kept me informed of everything that was going to happen. Thank you!
