RPA Group is a UAE-based agency selling UK investment properties. Director Elliot Rowe pushed me to pay a £2,000 reservation fee quickly, confirming in writing by email that it would be fully refundable if the purchase couldn't proceed due to mortgage or legal reasons.

When the mortgage terms from their own recommended broker made the deal unviable, I requested the refund. That was November 2025. It is now May 2026 and I still have not received a penny.

Since then, Elliot has used every delay tactic imaginable: asking to "jump on a call" instead of responding in writing, saying he'll "chase it up with the developer," confirming my bank details as if the transfer is imminent, then going silent for weeks. This cycle has repeated itself multiple times.

Do not trust this company with your money. If getting a simple £2,000 refund back, one they agreed to in writing, takes six months of chasing with no result, imagine what would happen with a larger issue further down the purchase process. I am now pursuing formal complaints and legal action to recover my funds.
