Easy to order and possibility to get flowers even in Saturday. Nice packing, noneed to worry how to bring them without damaging flowers. And MOST important - Roses looks amazing.

Bestel eenvoudig uw rozen online via rozen.nl. Dagverse rozen direct van de kweker. Verser kan niet! De meeste rozen zijn in Nederland gekweekt. Daarnaast halen we een gedeelte (vooral de geverfde rozen) uit Ecuador. Ook daar doen we alleen zaken met de betere kwekers. Gratis bezorging door heel Nederland boven € 125,-

Op werkdagen - Vandaag besteld (tot 11:00 uur) Morgen in NL + BE bezorgd.

Bestel tot 11:00 uur, en in de meeste gevallen kunnen we ook die dag versturen. De volgende dag geleverd in Nederland en België, ook op zaterdag. (we zijn wel afhankelijk van de prestaties van de koeriers. Afhalen is dagelijks mogelijk maar wel in overleg, want we hebben geen winkel.

The roses were delivered on the day…

The roses were delivered on the day which they promised. Kudos to the team! Will definitely recommend to everyone who wants to send roses to the doorstep of their loved ones!

Good service

i ordered roses for mother's day, they arrive 2 days late, didn't get what was described on the website, and the roses were not in the best shape. After a complaint i got new roses, more like they were on the site described but still areived one day late so they were still a bit damaged but better than the first ones, so is a good service but the roses can look maybe pretier if the would not be in the box for so long, so i think they should check the delivery system to onther countries.

Old roses, bad customer service!

I ordered roses one week before Valentines Day and requested delivery for the day. By 3pm the delivery had still not arrived so I called to check the progress only to be told that the delivery driver would not be able to deliver on Friday. I was promised that the delivery would be out first thing on Monday. On Monday at 3pm nothing had arrived yet so I called again to check where the delivery was and was told the order had been forgotten. The roses were eventually delivered by Tuesday evening but were no longer fresh and dried up within 3 days. Expensive, bad customer service....avoid!!

Dear Frank or Fred since it's a little confusing. You are totally right. Bad performance all the way. Not one order went so wrong as yours. Unfortunately it had to be delivered to a company address, so we were a little more limited in choosing the right delivery service. At first it was our intention to make the delivery ourselves on monday, but we were not able to do this within office hours. That's when we decided to send it with a courier for tuesday delivery. Monday roses are the same as tuesday delivered roses. So your remark about old roses is not accepted, and is also impossible. All our roses are always fresh and direct from the grower. So yes it is best that you avoid us in the future.

The service is great

The service is great!
Their orders always arrive on time and in high quality.
I booked through them several times, each time receiving personal attention and service was extremely professional.

The rose looks very beautiful

The rose looks very beautiful. The only little problem was that the glass from the rose was a bit dusty and spotted. Luckily i checked before i gave it to the one that was meant for.
For the rest very good packed and safe arrived at my place in good condition.

Great customer service

Great customer service. I had an issue where my order was forgotten (system failure) and shipping issues (transport company). However, despite this, the owner was very accomodating and his customer service was excellent. He answered my questions and worked with my until I was satisfied. This is an important part of having a business! Will definitely be ordering again if this is how they handle customers. Thanks :)
