Royalty Core opened in 2009 with one goal in mind: to design and build the best custom performance truck grilles on the market. Today, Royalty Core is the industry leader in custom grilles for Chevy, Dodge, Ford, GMC, Jeep, Nissan, and Toyota trucks. We also make performance-grade headache racks and custom emblems that add the ultimate touch to your grille and truck. Located in Eugene, Oregon, Royalty Core began by making a single grille for one of our own trucks. After seeing the demand for a higher quality grille than was available, we began marketing and selling grilles. Nearly 10 years later, after being published on the cover of dozens of industry magazines, winning awards for our truck builds at SEMA, and selling thousands of grilles, we still produce each grille individually and by hand to deliver on the promise of the highest quality grilles in the world.

Dealing with a family owned American company is so refreshing. It is very evident the owner and its staff care about their customer and product quality...
I am absolutely fed up with the subpar product and customer service I have received from this company. I ordered a custom grille for my 2024 Chevy Silverado 2500, expecting a superior quality product given the brand's reputation. What I received, however, was two consecutive shoddy pieces, unfit for any vehicle, let alone my Silverado.
The first grille not only failed to fit my truck appropriately, but it also exhibited glaring manufacturing and finish defects. When flagged, they claimed no responsibility but did agree to create a second grille. Alas, the situation repeated itself. The replacement also arrived with glaring issues identical to the first and resisted fitting onto my vehicle, even after significant manipulations.
Over $1,000 later, I'm left with a grotesque appendage crudely attached to my vehicle, a sight which frankly insults my aesthetic standard let alone the money and effort expended on it. And yet, when I ask for accountability, I'm met with silence. Royalty Core seems to have forgotten a critical aspect of their role: customer satisfaction.
After my frustrating series of complaints, my vehicle's year, make, and model suddenly vanishes from their website options. Isn't that peculiar? It's as though they realized their evident lack of knowledge regarding grille manufacturing for these trucks.

Puchased grill direct from Royalty core for 2008 silverado. Grill has been returned back to them 3 times and the fitment was way off and contuor was flat inside headlights a full inch, bracket mounts dont come close to fitting. Owner Juli refuses to return my 1500.00 said they have to much invested in it. Well I am out 1500.00 for a freaking paper weight. Bought a T-Rex grill fit perfect first time. Oh and the box they ship in is a joke was stuffed with paper and bubble wrap flopping around with numerous holes in box from grill puncturing through along with nice scrapes to go with it. I was very professional and polite but now that i have been ripped off I want everyone to know, sometimes it is best to do what is right Juli.
