Awful bed. Come damaged won’t reply

Avoid this company at all costs - I bought the Sloane sofa for £2100 mostly in cash - the sofa has so many faults with it, contact with someone from the company is virtually impossible, I had a couple of responses and then absolutely nothing I am now seeking advice from Citizens Advice Bureau and Trading Standards is there anyone on here that has an address or any helpful advice of how they got their money back? Or the process they are taking?

Ordered Olivia U Shaped Sofa arrived within 2weeks as promised. Royalty Furniture were very helpful in helping me pick colour & material. Very comfortable sofa, excellent value. Simon communicated at every stsge from order
to delivery & aftersales. Would recommend.

Ordered a sofa luckily on my credit card.
On wondering after a couple of weeks where my order was. Company stopped responding to my calls and emails. Simon said he would return my call. He never did and continued to ignore my calls to him.
Had to go to credit card company for refund.
Company then sent fake emails saying sofa was on way. Never turned up. (I believe this was to pretend they were offering to deliver , encase of my bad review. )

To this day, company have still not replied .

Avoid of you want to keep your hard earned money. Don't like me read the good reviews and think the company looks ok now, they have serval vod reviews and a decent following and will respond Everytime you message until they have your money. Like the below review I got a u sofa and one of the middle section cushions was faulty. I tried to rectify on Facebook I got blocked, on email and raised questions to being blocked and a 'social media' team got the blame of the blocking, told to phone and guess what one explaining who I was call ended and blocked again. This conman also trades as Ali's handyman service in Leeds so be very careful! My sofa seen faults within the week I received and since then have chased trying to sort, 3 months later no further forward so I guess like others will see you in court. Perhaps the papers would have a good story from us. Or perhaps a road trip since company's house and Google provides a couple of addresses for you and maybe we can sort it face to face then you can't block me. No professionalism at all and only interested in getting your cash.

Absolutely disgusting !!!!! I ordered the slone sofa, got multiple problems. It has a years warranty on this sofa so therefore I’m untitled to a replacement. This company is now ignoring me. I paid £1600.00 for this sofa. It’s a disgrace and I’m taking it further

I am in love with my new Boucle Sloane Corner Sofa. I was cautious about buying online. However, I have had sofas from DFS in the past and I can confidently say this is the best sofa I’ve ever owned! Simon was very helpful and I always received instant customer support as I was quite anxious. Thank you so much !

They took £2500 for a sofa they didn’t give me the sofa and have blocked my number I now have to fight to get my money back and have no sofa !
