It won't let you withdraw the money

I haven't been able to sell my roys and make withdrawals for quite some time. I've already contacted support, and they say my account is suspended. They provide a contact email (compliance royaltiz), but they never respond after that. Be careful, this seems like a scam.

Complete garbage

Complete garbage, not scam but pathetic, useless and doesn't make sense. Worst investment platform I've seen.

They also want me to use payment method I can't use in my country, which means I won't be able to get any money even if I have it

Edit: Don't care about your reply at all. This platform is a joke, no real investment, not real money to make.. unless you are cool with making 0.2$ a month (waste of life)

Account suspended with no reason

My account was suspended for no apparent reason. I can't sell any of my talents. I've been trying to contact support (compliance email address) for 3 months now and haven't received a response. I'm very frustrated and unhappy. I have a considerable amount of money that I can't access. They treat customers very badly. I would like to have this situation solved.

Scammers stealing money

Scammers stealing money, after you deposit they instantly block you account and you won't be able to withdraw (they even say that in the email you receive saying any deposit under 20 euro won't be given back)

bad investment, scammers!

bought for 3k a few years ago, always in the minus and now they email me on all assets i have that there is no longer possible to make use of instant liquidity. This means that if i want to sell i have to wait untill a buyer comes up and wants to buy.

Scam

I submitted a withdrawal request two months ago, and I haven't had a response. The money never appeared in my bank account, and the support team never replied to my inquiry.

I am writing this after receiving a response from the company. And let me tell you that the information you provided is wrong. I deleted my account right after I wrote my first review on September 16th, 2024. So everything the team wrote is a lie. And of course, I had a verified account.

When they ask me to deposit money they took it the same second . when i ask to withdraw , every time transaction is failed. I try contact support for 12 days straight , wrote to every single possible royaltiz emails and i receive same message , you can unblock the account with submiting new id picture , i respond how can i do it couse my account shown as vierified noone responds for 7 days, or they respond this is royaltiz shop not support , meanwhile you write to google royaltiz suport , press big blue button with contact support , and thats what you receive back. sadly i put 15 euro there and i cannot get my money back. i cant re - submit my id card. be careful guys

THEY ARE BIG SCAMMERS BASED IN FRANCE. I wanted to withdraw my money back to my US account and it never arrived, their customer support is trash and they don’t understand basic english. The government should really look into this..!!! I’m filing a lawsuit. (Just look at their reply… my informations were correct I never received money from anyone to be accused of a “scammer”) but no worries, I’ll see you in court.

Woeful, avoid.

Woeful customer service. Unclear withdrawal information. Meant to work in finance but couldn't implement a simple stop and recall.

When I said I wanted to raise a complaint they stopped replying to me...tells you the shady nature of their business.

2 years of investing on royaltiz

I have been investing on Royaltiz for over 2 years.
I managed to earn over 2000% of the invested amount. Including over €1100 just in yield!. As soon as there were opportunities to become VIP1 and VIP2. I immediately became one and I think the risk paid off.
And I hope this is just the beginning with stars like Vinicious Junior. Royaltiz keep growing!

Bad support

Recently made an account, deposited and after that I wanted to withdraw some money, no money received so I tried to get in touch with them. No response, chat support doesn't work anymore, emailed them and told me my country was blocked.
In conclusion, they let me deposit, without any feedback, let me withdraw, without any feedback and then somehow they keep the money :)
