I would strongly advise against purchasing from this seller.

I received a perfume that was damaged and not functional upon delivery. The cap could not be secured, and the sprayer did not atomise at all — instead of spraying, the liquid simply leaked out. The perfume was unusable from the start.

The seller themselves admitted that internal damage can occur during transportation, yet still refused to take responsibility for the defective product. The perfume was shipped in a box far too large for a heavy bottle, allowing it to move and likely get damaged during transit.

When I contacted customer service, the experience became even worse:

I was treated disrespectfully and my competence as a customer was questioned

I was asked sarcastic questions instead of receiving help

Responsibility was shifted to the courier and the customer

I was accused of providing “false information” without evidence

Even though the product was faulty on arrival and returned immediately, the seller refused a full refund and deducted delivery and return costs without my agreement. Only a partial refund was issued.

This was not just about a broken product, but about how customers are treated when something goes wrong.
Based on my experience, this seller does not take responsibility for damaged goods and handles complaints in a way that puts all blame on the buyer.

I am sharing this so that others know what to expect before ordering.

MB Royal Perfume is a top-tier Canadian brand. Don’t confuse them with 'Royals Perfume' they are totally different. I’ve tried several bottles and the quality is amazing. These are 30% oil concentration (Extrait), so they last 10+ hours. Great and fast shipping and much better quality than the international company people mix them up with!

Don't trust the review section on the website. I purchased a few items from them and wanted to leave some honest reviews. 5-star review appeared instantly. 3-star review for a home fragrance did not appear even after my secondary attempt. So they mislead people by showing only good reviews and not showing any of the not so good or bad reviews!
Purchase with caution! If there are no reviews for the product, it could be that all reviews were just negative and they decided not to show them!

Dishonest and insincere. I´ve bought an arabic fragrance which I had already tested multiple times in a perfumery nearby here, because it was cheaper.
The fragrance arrived and didn´t smell anything like the ones I had tested but it was exactly the same fragrance. The support is absolutely useless! Telling them the situation, they just suggest useless things like "try spraying it on skin" You don´t say?!
After telling the support 4 times that something is wrong with the product they still don´t see any issue and tell you with audacity, that they are not the manufacturer and that you as a customer should contact the manufacturer. That´s not how it works, if someone buys a fragrance from an online dealer. But it´s pointless taltking to the support since they will give you always the same useless answers and just shirking responsibility.

I‘ve purchased a fragrance which I‘ve already tested twice. I liked it so I decided to buy the 100ml bottle. Unfortunately, the scent I received doesn‘t smell like my previous samples. It smell really not pleasant and it smells like a frageance that has gone bad. This can happen but the support just gives random answers like „try spraying it on clothes or skin“. You don‘t say?! The dealer says it‘s not possible to return the fragrance once it has been testet. I understand that but he also doesn‘t suggest any other compensation or solution for the obviously defective quality. Great business model. Selling bad fragrances and telling the customer, who payed for it, to just live with it. Thanks!
I can just warn you to not buy your fragrances here!!

Although it was my first time ordering from Royalsperfume, it turned out to be a great experience! The package arrived on time, and I picked it up from the UPS drop-off point without any issues. The product itself — Essence De Blanc by Fragrance World — is of excellent quality and exactly what I was looking for.
This definitely won’t be my last purchase — I’ve finally found my favorite store!

I was a bit sceptic because of some of the reviews here on Trustpilot, I thought I would give them a chance since the perfume I wanted to buy wasn’t that expensive in case it went wrong, but everything was just great!
I ordered my perfume on April 15th and received it on April 23rd - the easter holidays was the reason why shipping was a little bit delayed.
The perfume I bought was perfect too with an authentic label on the box.
10/10 recommendation! I will definitely purchase from this website again!

I was affraid ordering from this company as it is not a well-trusted shop. Anyhow I had luck and can give 5-star only. My package arrived in 6 days and I could followed the track (from Lithuania to Hungary). The fragrances were packed safely, moreover they top my expectation. So, I had no issue with customer servivce, and honestly... the pice is unbeatable.

Transportation was fast, product was covered perfectly so it won’t get any damage. I am happy to make purchase on this website.

I was a big fan of this company, until I had little issue.

The company try to avoid their responsibility at any cost. They even lied!

Everything went well. Nothing to complain

Now. This was long time ago but i want to warn other people. I ordered Abraaj Enclosure (amouage enclave) from them. And i got Abraaj Valour Night Iris (clone of amouage interlude) wich i really really hate. I contacted them and only compensation they offered me was 20% off on next order. I just stoped talk with them. Right there they proved that they dont care about customers, they only want your money. If you want to risk it then do it. But if you want to save your money instead of being fooled by them then stay away

I was hesitant purchasing from royalsperfume, as there’s quite a few reviews stating that the items never arrive or arrive broken. I expirienced none of that.

Within a day I received the confirmation and the next day I received a tracking number. 2 days later I could track the parcel all the way through Europe. Items arrived in perfect condition with plenty of wrapping.

I made a purchase on May 1st 2024 which has never arrived. In fact, I suspect that it never shipped. Yes, I have reached out to customer service at least 10 times and they have refused to address the problem stating that they are continuing to investigate...two and a half months later? This company/site is a SCAM! DO NOT TRUST ANY FAVORABLE REVIEWS AS THEY ARE SURELY FALSE!

The first time I ordered everything was fine, but the second time my package came with a huge hole in the box. It looked like it was chewed on. One of the perfumes leaked and had scratches on the bottle, I could't even fit the cap back on. Both perfumes had a damaged box.

Ordered over 15 times,never had An issue with anything. They ship quickly and it arrives perfectly wrapped and Secured. This is my go to for Arabian Frangrances 👍👍👍👍🥰

I ordered a perfume on 23/02 and I was hoping to get it before my holidays on 09/03. Unfortunately with the tracking link provided there was no progress at all. The only information on that tracking link was that the parcel data was sent to DPD. There was never even an update that the parcel was picked up from the company by courier. I sent multiple emails and called them highlighting that I would need this parcel by 09/03 just to be told after almost 2 weeks that the courier lost the parcel. Hmm not sure if it even left the Rotalsperfume warehouse tbh. Also in the meantime the perfume ordered got sold out!! I have made many orders before but noticed that the shipment takes few days to even take place. Pretty slow and then have to wait another week for delivery to Ireland. I will try ordering from different company as 2 weeks gone waiting for nothing is not good enough! At least they've made the refund already.

I've used this company lots of times without any issues at all. They have a nice selection of fragrances and the prices are decent. I've never had to use customer service until now.

I received a bottle of fragrance that was leaking. The inside of the container where the bottle was stored was stained brown due to the leakage (the carton was white), and the paint on the cap of the perfume was damaged (peeling off the rim) due to the leakage. I said I would return the item and they could send me a new one. They would not accept a leaky bottle (okay, understandable), but wouldn't provide me with a refund either. The perfume was meant to be a gift, too. I couldn't present the bottle of perfume to my niece in this condition: leaky, stained and peeling. I wrote and sent photos of the cap, the leakage, and the stained carton.

Their response? 15% off my next order. I've spent well over 500 Euros with Royals Perfume and I find this response to be inadequate.

Very disappointed.

UPDATE: Royal Perfumes just sent me a replacement bottle. I'm very pleased that they have done so, because I like this company. Thank you for responding to my complaint!
