You will never get your money

I have been trying to withdraw my money since April 4, 2025, which is almost 2 months now. First, they said it was an E cash problem and they were looking into it. After saying I would take legal action. They finally gave me email that I can send a complaint to. They then said I would need to upload my banking document for a deposit and they would withdraw the money and deposit it into my account. They said take 10 to 15 business days and they drained the money from my account and sent me a reference number. 15 days later no money so I inquired. Of course, then they said to upload another document which is my banking statement, even though I had originally downloaded that and they said they didn’t need it. They also said in an email if I did not upload this in seven days, they would freeze my account.
Uploaded the document and I can guarantee in 10 to 15 business days they will say there’s something wrong with this document and they need something else. Don’t ever ever ever join the site. You will never get your money. They have taken the money out of my account, but I am not getting it so at this point of time it is considered theft. I have made a formal complaint to the Ontario government commission and have taken up legal counsel for the theft of my money. Avoid this site it is 100% fraudulent.

I've tried pretty much every online casino and Royal Panda is by far one of the best !!!

I've tried almost every online casino out there , and Royal Panda is by far one of the top 3 out of them all . The withdrawals are exceptionally quick when using e-cashout ( same as etransfer but goes directly into your account ) usually takes about 15 minutes from the time you click on your withdrawal . Support has always been quick a helpful whenever I've needed it . As far as bugs and freezing of the gameplay goes , there hasn't been any issues over the last few years I've been playing at all . I've had quite decent luck on this site and will continue to play on it as long as it's around ! Not sure why people are giving it one star , they clearly didn't win anything and must not realize that's part of gambling at any Casino ! Anyways , Royal Panda is a fantastic site , I highly recommend it , and no this isn't a paid review or from an insider like I'm sure some people will say lol .

Confusing and concerning experience about "My Money". It was very very easy to make an initial deposit since Royal Panda (RP) will accept numerous sources with minimal documentation. Keep in mind this is your money. However RP will let you know when you want to make a withdrawal all the conditions that should have been known and in place before an initial deposit.
1: You cannot withdraw until you have spent your deposit so don't make a mistake and deposit too much because it now is locked in and you cannot get it out.
2: Making a withdrawal! Now RP will ask for your identification in detail with documentation required. They will ask for your address with documentation required. They will ask for very detailed banking information with documentation required. Why was this not required for your deposit. It is so simple with other sites that allow money in and out using a debit card (for example).

Royal Panda will explain it is their policy and necessary to protect everyone. OK! Make this clear right from the beginning. Therefore, stay away unless you are prepared to hand over the keys to your personal and sensitive information.

Well hello all

Well hello all, firstly I am from New Zealand and have been playing R.Panda for over a year now, just a tiny reminder the jackpot is at 50m last I looked.
Is it really going to go, is there a time frame set, a year is a long time for a jackpot to be rolling, I must be honest I haven't had a shot at the wheel for over 6 months but when I did I got something like 2grand and it was paid out within 4 days. I must admit think I've spent more than have won, but I do win, and I enjoy this site , and when I withdraw its easy.

Great expereince

I am writing this review after playing for 4 months.
I have never had a bad experience with them the payouts are always good sometimes I receive the money in within 24 hours and it has never been more than five days initially when I started playing with them and I read all the reviews on the web I was scared myself that what if this could be a scam but trust me guys when I say this it is not they pay you their customer service is very nice and I have always got my money on time and plus if you become a VIP you have your own personal account manager and she’s always supportive and it gives you extra bonuses for instance just from the bonuses i have got $1250 from them real money that if i don’t wish to play i can withdrawal who does that these days I am really happy with the services that they have offered me and I have no disappointments as of today and it’s been four months now I’ve been playing with them

I have NEVER had withdrawal issues like this site!!! I’ve had the pleasure of playing on other casino sites and this is the first one that is trying desperately in every way to make my withdrawal of my winnings of $2100 impossible. I think they purposely have you wait 5 days for you to receive your withdrawal so that they can say it’s your bank that is is causing the delay and that your bank is to blame for the reason you have not received the funds. That’s funny because my bank has received many many many of my winnings from other casino sites with absolutely no issues. I don’t buy that excuse for one moment. I do not believe that it’s my bank that is not accepting the transaction. I believe they have my winnings on hold still and haven’t even forwarded it to my bank. My bank would have advised me about a declined transaction and would have sent it back after a few days.
With all this aggravation I have asked them to retract my withdrawal request and asked them then to decline my withdrawal and put it back in my account and they said they no longer have it. So my question is where is it? They said my bank it holding it and to contact them. So is this going to be a “he said she said” situation causing more issues? I still don’t buy it! Banks don’t hold funds like that! They told me they have to escalate this because it has past the 5 day requirement. Ya ok. I have to show proof now and show my bank statement. Which is fine but now causes another delay!! Really!!
If you play on this site and win, show your bank statement and deposit information right away to show proof so they won’t make you wait like me to collect your winnings. They will try everything to make you jump through hoops!!!! Make sure they see your name and deposit date information right away. Now I have to go to my bank and get a current bank statement. I’m not happy with this site and after this experience I don’t think it’s worth the aggravation. In regards to customer service in the beginning they are right there to help you and then watch out they do not like you asking questions. Once you do, they start to avoid you and make you wait for lengthy amounts of time!!! I laugh because you get a response email (a generic one of course saying we are sorry etc..,) do these complaints and do people get their winnings situation get rectified? If not I will go to Game or Commission and above until this situation is rectified! So I’ll wait for mine and it’ll say In sorry etc. Royal Panda Advice ..,, Royal Pain Indeed!
