I have to say I found Royale Stones Ireland an absolute fantastic company to deal with. After many months searching for our ideal patio slabs we were very lucky to find this company and got beautiful porcelain tiles. We also received a courtesy follow up phone call to make sure we were happy.

We had a really good experience with Royal Stones. We ordered samples and they came promptly. We then ordered the paving for our garden and they arrived exactly when they said they would (we're based in Cork) and everything was perfect. Our mason was very impressed with the paving. All in all it was a very positive experience.

Ordered paving samples and asked for advice on other colours and was given other options. Samples arrived as described and without any hassle.

My order was fulfilled quickly and delivered on time. The lead time being only 2 weeks. Having shopped around (a lot!), most places had lead times of anywhere between 6-12 weeks.

Price was competitive. Vishal was knowledgeable about the products and he went above and beyond by organising the extra tiles we needed (quickly) when he was on leave. He contacted the warehouse, processed the payment and gave me a job ID to collect the tiles directly. This was much appreciated as the builders were days away from being on-site to finish the job after Christmas.

Got a price for tiles for my backyard with a view to using two different shades. There was no second shade on the day of purchase and had to be purchased from another seller. The price on the day of purchase has increased by 1 euro per square meter compared to the previously quoted price. The reason given: not a full pallet purchased. I paid for the purchase in cash. No invoice was issued on the day of purchase, been promised to send it later.
During the paving process, it turned out that we bought a little bit extra than needed. Contacted the seller to find out when we could return the excess, unused, and still in packaging tiles (11 packs)? The response we received that returns less than one pallet will not be accepted. They explained their answer by the fact that they have a policy on the website and that it will cost them money to return the tiles back to the supplier. The second store (Tile Merchant) at the same time took back the leftovers much less in quantity (2 packs), without asking any questions.
In my last phone call when trying to solve this problem, I said that I had no choice but to leave negative feedback. To which the answer was received: then we have nothing to talk about with you.

I am extremely surprised and disappointed with such an attitude towards clients.

I had one less stone delivered and the delivery guy spoke to the person on phone and advised the additional round stone will be delivered. It’s been 4 weeks still no sign. Question - would they have delivered had I not paid in full. How can they deliver goods without all items and no courtesy of calling or emailing about it. Sorry to say this has been bad experience.

Bought a sample and liked it so I bought a pallet of stones from Royal Stones. They arrived a couple of days later. Excellently packed. no damaged slabs. Driver was sound too.
Would absolutely buy from Royal Stone again.

paving,and fusion grout from Royale stone and received helpful advice over the phone from them.I ordered online & it was delivered to westmeath as promised .I had ordered the wrong colour grout and more than I needed which Jain was happy to exchange for me and refund the excess tubs purchased. Excellent customer service.would highly recommend!

I purchased Kota Blue Limestone Slabs. The price was competitive but Royale was the only place I found selling the large slabs in 1 size packs. The uniformity of colour is very good unlike some others that I have seen. On delivery a few slabs were cracked but these were promptly replaced with no fuss. Would use Royale again in the future.
