Royale Stone has an extensive range of outdoor tiles at competitive prices. Aaron in the shop in Tallaght was particularly helpful in assisting me to select my outdoor tiles. Royale also have a good range of outdoor grout which can match the tiles you select. The tiles were delivered within two working days which was unbelievable. Would highly recommend.

Online stock availability is not updated live. Received call offering alternative for same price, which was acceptable. The major disappointment here was the absolute state the tiles were delivered in. They were clearly stored outdoors for a LONG time. Packaging was absent in part and eroded in the rest. I couldn't even read it to ensure they were all from the same batch and the tiles STINK of a musty smell, I pray it goes away. The exposed tiles all need to be scrubbed clean to remove water and dirt marks. They have other tiles I was planning on buying but I wouldn't shop here again after this experience. ** I Can provide photos if required.

Fast efficient service. Tiles delivered very quickly , no breakages or issues. Followed up on queries very well. Friendly staff. Generally , all good.

Royal Stones are super professional and great to deal with. Excellent customer service. We ordered stones which had a slightly too long lead time, and Aaron was an absolute rockstar. He went above and beyond, checking stock levels and making suggestions for how to solve and find a stone that best matched what i had initially selected, but that were onsite and ready to deliver really quickly. he was courteous and super helpful throughout, always following up when he said he would, and was crystal clear at all times, cannot recommend highly enough. Beautiful stones too!

We ordered two types of tiles from Royal Stones for our bathroom, and both deliveries arrived in excellent condition. The first order was slightly delayed due to a Bank Holiday, but the company quickly refunded €100 as compensation, which we really appreciated. The second delivery was very fast, and once again, the tiles were perfect. The prices were also much better compared to our local stores. The staff were incredibly helpful, and communication was smooth and easy throughout. I highly recommend Royal Stones – we’re 100% satisfied!

The quality of the tiles was excellent. Although the tiles looked slightly different upon delivery, once laid, they matched the images on the website perfectly.

Delivery:
We were informed about a delay in delivery due to a cyclone that had impacted the port. However, upon our request, Vishal promptly arranged for the immediate delivery of the available tiles and organized a second delivery for the remaining ones. Each delivery even included extra tiles beyond what we had ordered

But it's the level of service was next to nothing , we had a great experience from start to finish ..we got our slab delivered to Waterford ..we took a good gamble we ordered everything online ...We will use this company again and we told all our friends too .

Had the pleasure of dealing with Vishal, who was very helpful when deciding on the quartzite tile for our outdoor patio area ..they had none in stock , but Vishal was kind enough to organise a delivery in from the UK..We needed the delivery prompt as builders were due in ,and Vishal did his best to get the order to us in time. We purchased earth white porcelain tiles for our patio and side of house area. We are delighted with the product. Jonathon helped us with our order and followed up on all of our questions - he was extemely helpful providing us quotes on different tiles and handling the delivery of our order. I shopped around for porceline tiles and I must say the selection held at Royal stones are top notch. The first day I called to royal stones I met Jonathan who was top class to deal with from day one.

Jonathan stuck to his word when he said he was going to do something he did it. Jonathan ordered samples in and extra tiles for me to come in as part of my order which I actually needed in the end.

The final result of my garden is top notch and the tiles bought from royal stones made it. As I said I shopped around in alot of places for porceline tiles and noting compared to the selection held at royal stones.

I cannot recommend them enough. From start to finish I found Royale Stones brilliant to deal with. Delivery was quick and easy and Jonathan in the shop was always on hand to help with questions I had. I also needed some extra tiles at short notice and he was really helpful in getting me sorted. I will definitely be using them when I tackle the front of the house.

Staff were extremely helpful and I had a lot of communication with them. Offered suggestion when an item was out of stock.Rang me to clarify that my order was correct. They put in a lot of work for a small order. Item was very reasonable in comparison to other places and this particular tile is not stocked in a lot of places in Ireland.
