Well we start wobbly not gonna lie , i was sent a used key by the automated system,but no problem, stuff like this happens ,i contacted support and the issue was resolved quickly. They sent me a brand new key and it worked, money well spent. I am giving 5 stars because, yes mistakes happen ,but they were quick enough and fixed it without issues. The customer support was excellent. I originally bought a Windows 11 Home key but later realized I actually needed the Pro version. I contacted support to ask if I could return the Home key so I could purchase a new Pro key.
