I had a problem activating my Windows 11 Pro license. I contacted support, and they were very quick and responsive in resolving my issue. Many thanks to support for the prompt resolution of my problem.

They have one of the lowest, if not the lowest, prices around. Bought a retail Windows 11 Pro product key, but didn't work and the error said that the key had already been used. Contacted customer support for help via their webpage and got a reply within minutes! They gave me a second product key but it also didn't work stating the same error as the first. I then contacted them again via the same support thread and was given a 3rd product key and they said that if this still didn't work, they would alternatively help me with my reimbursement options. The 3rd key worked! The total time it took for all this was around an hour. I'm happy that they didn't give up helping me until my problem was resolved. They seem trustworthy enough for me, especially factoring in their prices, just set aside a few minutes just in case a few hiccups occur. I would definitely buy from them again, and you should too!

Great service, the only reason that I gave 4 stars instead of 5, is that the first code I bought didn't work so I had to contact customer support so they could provide another one. The process to contact them was easy and they really help me to first verify if I was doing everything correctly and when I could prove that the code didn't work, they immediately send me a new one.
While they resolved my issue and everything went great, is something that shouldn't happen, but is really a reliable page.

It's the typical website where, if everything goes well, the result is fantastic, but if there's a problem, they send you a chain of emails with links to countless pages that don't solve anything, and they just keep repeating the same pre-written emails. The money I paid was a complete waste: I'm broke, and I don't have a working license.
