Luxury car matts.
I purchased these from Royal Car website in March 2024 and took several weeks to arrive.
No fitting instructions, only double sided sticky pads and the matts. Installation took longer than their advertised video because the fit wasn't ideal. I had to buy more sticky pads to achieve a fit that was more secure.

The passenger side and the rear mats fit pretty well but the drivers side was disappointing and in my opinion wasn't the right cut for this model. The depth from floorpan to the raised section for the seat runners wasn't right and continually comes away from the sticky pads because it doesn't sit properly on the higher section.

Despite the annoyance over the fit, the matts did give the car a better overall appearance on the interior and over time have maintained their appearance, been easy to clean and wearing well.

I probably wouldn't buy from them again as I like things right and the cut wasn't right for the model. I have had better fit mats from a different supplier for previous cars with much better after service.

Bought some jaguar xf mats i don't no what they sent me but they are not for jaguar they ask me to send photos which I did and got no response from them so be careful when parting with your money the material that they are made sub standard 🤔 don't buy from these people

Well, I ordered them and didn’t get an automated reply. Instantly thought it was a scam.
I got in touch and apparently I’d forgot to add my email which is a bit strange as I thought it would have been mandatory.
Anyway. I was told it was being processed.
Then I read the reviews. Instantly regretted it. Expected not to get anything or get a piece of junk.
However. They came from China in about 12 days.
Tracking was supplied and worked.
They’re not hugely expensive and I just wanted mats that stop all the crud collecting down the sides.
I liked the colour, matched my car. It’s supplied with clips on the side that I just popped in under the plastic trims. You also get a pile of Velcro stickers for the other bits.
They fitted well although I had to cut the front mats to slip down the sides of the seat rail. Not a huge problem and you can tuck them in. Secured the rest with Velcro and they look ok and will do the job I bought them for.
I think the driver’s mat should have the reinforced pedal more to the right as I thought it was for a left hand drive.
Rear mat fitted well with a few of the Velcro pads.
All in all, I’m giving 5* for service, quality isn’t bad and they fit apart from having to cut the seat tracks. I would have given 4* as the seat tracks should have cut out before but I was amazed after all the 1* reviews how reasonable they are.
I’ve put my old Nissan mats back on top just to preserve the new mats as I only wanted them to collect the rubbish that accumulated down the sides and protect the side carpets a bit more.
A lot easier to hoover up these.

I was placing an order today for my Mercedes E300, but the website kept taking me round in circles, select car, select colour, then select car etc etc.. decided to leave it until I got home and I would use the home computer rather than my phone - thankfully I read the reviews on the computer before going ahead.. horrible service reported by almost everyone

Absolutely a legit/scam company. Charge normal prices and deliver a sub standard product that doesn't fit and feels cheap.

Shockingly bad, fit isn’t even close. Not one of the mats fit, and are out of alignment with seat runners, so the mats move when the seats move.

I bought a set of mats for Tesla M3 lr
After 5000 miles and 6 months usage the drivers mat has lifted from the main mat.
That's wear and tear say royal
I do not agree that it is and will now be posting to social media to show their attitude to customers. They cannot be bothered to answer my complaint.

Mats not brilliant quality however they do not fit.
They sent me a video on how to fit them but it was a video of a back seat mat and my car is a 2 seater vehicle with no back seat.

I went back to them and guess what no refund.

If I was you I would just get your money and throw it away. That's what you are doing buying from this company.

Awful company

Don’t buy ,don’t buy what a terrible experience I am having with this company I bought a set it carpets for my Honda CRV they wearnt cheep nearly £100 when they arrived they were very poorly packed and very creased also there wasn’t enough Velcro ,I asked for more but didn’t get a reply ,after 3 months the heel protector started to come apart and a hole appeared in the carpet by my right heel bearing in mind I am 78 yrs old and drive less than 3K a year I contact their customer service and all they said was fair wear and tear every reply was fair wear and tear I am in the process of considering small claims court of which trading standards have said they are not fit for purpose so please don’t buy their money back guarantee is not worth a toss so don’t deal with this cowboy concern

The worst company ever dont accept returns dont give money back PayPal got them to agree to accept my return would refund money when they seen the seat covers paid £46 postage sent to address in France. Carrier tried to deliver they refused to accept the parcel were notified by carrier to collect from there depot I email sent pictures to Adrian at Royal and PayPal with tracking information after 4 weeks phoned PayPal who closed the case and refunded my money thank you PayPal out of pocket for postage night mare

Produced a bad example of matt for my land rover and wouldn't replace or refund. Don't bother

Bit slow with delivery apart from that mats fit perfectly in to my bmw 640d very happy with my mats thanks

Having read the reviews which aren’t that good from the majority of people that bought these items. I decided not to go ahead with the purchase. Thanks Trust pilot this site is very useful for potential buyers

Just read all the reviews before placing my order for a set for my Toaureg. I have now nit ordered a set after seeing the poor reviews

I ordered a set of front mats for my Nissan Note. They don't fit at all. I tried for ages trying to work out how they should be placed. I even used videos on YouTube, but no, they definitely don't fit. Don't waste your money.

After giving all details requested of my vehicle mats were not a very good fit, also the diamonds run in different directions. No fitting instructions and not enough Velcro to install , ☹️

Terrible fit nothing like they should be and they’ve send double sided sticky tape . When they say that the mats don’t slide or move trust me they do

I was going to place an order but when I entered my email address I got a text with a code to enter. I did this and all my details were filled in automatically. I became wary and found this review site and having read the comments did not complete the order form.

beware its a scam ripping people off….they are a American company so once they have your money you have nil chance of getting it back ..

4 months and the mats are ripped useless garbage
