royalcanvas.com a royal pain

A year ago, I ordered a fine art canvas and specified white/blank borders. They sent a canvas with a black border, printer admitted mistake. I convinced the client it looked better and thought it was a one-time error. Recently I ordered another 9 canvases, at $922, repeatedly and explicitly asked for white border, to avoid previous error, and again royalcanvas.com a.k.a. Rick Stephenson, sent 9 canvases with black borders. In 35 years of having my work printed I have never dealt with such an incompetent and unreasonable printer. Their solution is to ignore the inconvenience and monetary loss their mistake causes me and to ask me to destroy the misprints before they reprint the order.
