Brilliant from start to finish. Credit where credit is due, last month I was let down by delivery but on this occasion I have ordered and received all within 24hrs. Thank you

I had 5 cats. 2 died prematurely with kidney failure. 1 of my other cats was drinking an awful lot of water she always had scent gland abscesses as did the 2 that I lost. I started giving all 3 fresh poached chicken & Sheba wet jelly food. Now all 3 cats have new energy all the smelly breath has gone no abscesses. Id never recommended Royal Canin. No vomiting.

All good with the delivery. On time as usual. With no fuss thank you

2nd month running the order was late ,last month you didn't have the stock,this month the carrier didn't deliver until today, so I had to go out the weekend and buy more. I was informed last Friday it left Hinckley depot and got no information until this morning it arrived at Feltham.

Awful to say but let down very badly by an alternative puppy food supplier whom we ordered with 2 days before collecting our puppy and 2 weeks later still hadn’t arrived! …so we were very relieved that we moved quickly to your company and you delivered Including the bank holiday within 48hrs thank you. And relieved that our puppy didn’t get too upset by the food change!

Easy website to use and very quick service

Fast delivery but my parcel was left by my gas box when I'd changed the address delivery to my neighbours address.

The delivery came exactly in the time slot they had previously advised.

Good advice given by phone, but it was a little guarded. Done by script? It wasn't made clear that your wet and dry ideal was just one tin of the former. Maybe I didn't ask the right questions. All else, ordering and delivery, fine

My cats much on prefer Royal Canin cat biscuits to other brands. So easy to order online and arrived next day.

Important food for my dog since 16 years and hopefully longer than 20 ;-)))

I am giving my dog since 16 years royal canin. She is still fit and happy. Of course, lifestyle is important, but what if I didn't have Royal Canin? Only canned food? Many thanks to the company owners and employees of Royal Canin.

My cat has been on SO canned food from RC for about a year. It went OK at first but within a month or so, started having diarrhea and vomiting intermittently. Over time, those episodes are more and more frequent with bloody diarrhea in the last bout. Talked to vet and switched him to a different brand urinary diet and he's been much better ever since. Contacted RC and all they say is that they'll look into and there are no active recalls or issues they know of. How many people have to report issues before the company figures out what the heck is going on? Go on Reddit and hear pet owners all across the board (cats, dogs, wet food, dry food...) suddenly having allergy-like symptoms. Something in their food is making pets sick. It's appalling, especially since they're so expensive! They're clearly not doing their due diligence to figure this out.

The dog food was delivered to a neighbour even though I was home. THe delivery person didn't even knock on the neighbour's door but just left it there. The neighbour had to walk two 12kg bags of dog food up to my house! Neither they nor I am happy.

I didn’t expect my delivery to be thrown over my gate !! The box was far too big for the bag of dog food and either broke as it was thrown over the gate( which is easy to open) or on contact with the ground. My dog food is expensive and I expect it to be delivered with some care.
