Royal Canin Exigent Protein

I have a cat that only eats Royal Canin Exigent Protein and now I am trying to reorder it and come to find out Royal Canin stopped producing all their products from their Exigent line (Protein, Savour, Aroma) that focus on fussy cats, and combined them together to one new product called Fussy... If you know these products are for FUSSY cats, why would you stop producing them?! My cat will NOT eat ANYTHING else and has previously been hospitalised for days for refusing to eat! Almost costing her life and thousands and thousands of pounds. She only survived because of a feeding tube! Even now she struggles to accept the SAME food from a brand new bag, so she will definitely not eat a whole new product, with a new shape, new smell and new taste. I honestly don't know what I am going to do. Even worse, on their product images for their new Fussy food they show how we can get our cats to accept their new food by mixing the old food with new food and increasing it throughout the days, but if it was that easy to get our cats to eat new food why would you even need a fussy line in the first place? Also how am I going to slowly increase the % of new food on my cat's bowl if I can't even buy the old food to slowly get her to eat the new one?! This makes no sense in so many levels. This HORRIBLE decision will cost many cats' lives. The person that thought it was a good idea needs to be fired because they clearly don't understand anything about pets.

Thanks royal canin for stop making…

Thanks royal canin for stop making royal canin exigent protein cat and changing to fussy no doubt because its somehow cheaper to produce. My 2 Persians eat it. And one of my Persians was rapidly losing weight and this is the only food she will eat and she's put weight on .what am I going to do now? She will probably go down hill and eventually have to get euthanized because she won't eat anything but this. You won't care because she's only one cat .I wouldn't buy anything else of again.this food has a high price tag for a food that has loads of fillers like rice and cereals very little meat. I don't know how they get away with it. So guys before you buy there dry food just because the vet tells you to please take a good look at it. You can get much better quality for less money out there and much better for your cat.

I am an online customer of Royal Canin…

I am an online customer of Royal Canin trying to repeat an order less than 2 months old.
Can’t proceed because a needed password reset doesn’t work since I never get the needed email for it (but support is using this email to communicate with me).
Can’t order as a guest either - why.
Don’t get timely help - in progress since 2 weeks.
Get a coupon for in store which expires a day later.
Drove next day to Petco to discover they don't have 12 cans left to be able to use coupon.
Another day later I learned that expiring on the 31st means it is not good anymore on the 31st.
So coupon was valid for 32 hours in case I would have been acting right away after receiving the email for it.
Emailing support again …
Got informed they forwarded it from the common support (about food) to technical support.
Received nothing.
Asked again.
Was informed to call them myself.
I called them and got informed that I will receive an email.
Same first supporter emails with the same original brief instruction.
Running in circles without being able to buy a product online (they only allow it with a login account - no guests).

The “Ageing” product has been downgraded

Our cats used to love the “Ageing” kibble.
Royal Canin have replaced it with two products; 11+ and 15 for older cats.
The kibble on the old product was large and softer and was a hit with all our cats. None of them will touch the new products and it’s a problem now getting them to eat. The larger kibble shape and size was easier for them to see and get hold of in their mouths as they have got older.
Please, please, please bring back the previous version Royal Canin.

We feel there too small for our dog

We feel there too small for our dog. There more for puppies.
Some inside the venison treats. Are slivers even like they say they weigh the same they are tiny bits.
Also we found blue numbers and orange on blue and orange packets really not easy to read.
We had our own calendar from fortenham & Mason that was dark green gold letters so easy to see .
But won't buy again

The worst made ai ad that keeps…

The worst made ai ad that keeps disturbing everything I do on Facebook. I have had the food before the dogs could take it or leave it and it's over priced. Go with Barking Heads instead superior quality, ingredients and lower price. Also a bit of imagination in their marketing!

Disappointed experience

My puppies love the Royal Canine dry food. But I wanted to amend my subscription. The website is hopeless and will never let me log in.So I emailed customer service and they cancelled my membership at my request
I left it for a few weeks and decided to give them another try
All was well until again their website never loaded up so was unable to pause my subscription or cancel
I tried to contact them via their contact form but it would not send!
So I emailed them from a previous email that I had received and that doesn’t send either it bounced back and I got a message that said we will try resending for 49 days???
This is absolutely ridiculous!!
I no longer want to use their website but I can’t get a message out to cancel my membership
I’ve given them a couple of chances now,so if anyone from the Royal Canin team see this, please respond
