I bought a Roxluna initial necklace a few years ago when I had my little girl. I've just recently added another initial after the birth of my son.
They were so accommodating and added it on the necklace for me, and even cleaned up my original necklace.

My next purchase will definitely be a solid gold piece.

I requested an exchange of a necklace back in October 2022 (paying for registered post) and received the exact same item by return which is of no value to me. I followed up a number of times to have this corrected and received an email in December 2022 confirming that the exchange would be corrected and a tracking number would be sent to me. It is now March 2023 and despite a number of further follow ups via email, Instagram and their webpage, giving them ample opportunity to fix the issue before I took further action, I am still waiting... For completeness I did receive a reply recently on Instagram but it was some excuse saying they had moved their emails to a new system and that there might have been a mix up, that appears to be utter rubbish as I have heard nothing further since.. I am shocked at the terrible level of customer service, would not recommend and will not repurchase from them - there are many other fabulous and trustworthy Irish jewelry businesses more worthy of your hard earned money out there who won't disappoint and waste your time like this one..

Would not recommend ordering from this company or the sister company Crystals and Co. My sister ordered a pendant for her necklace after her sons birth over 5 weeks ago and the item has not arrived. We have tried to contact the company on multiple occasions and had no response. We have since reached out to the owner and her new jewellery company as a last resort and the messages are being ignored. Such a disappoint. We will continue to try get my sisters money back, hopefully this doesn’t happen to others!

Order never received. No response to multiple attempts to reach on email and instagram. Have now had to approach bank to reclaim money taken.

Don't order from this company!!
I've been waiting for 2 months for my order.....won't reply by email or Facebook and won't give me a refund.

Unfortunately this company got my order wrong twice, sent the incorrect goods & are now not responding to my emails in terms of correction.

Do not recommend.
