My mother is 92 she doesn't hear too well and was worried about a stranger going into her home, and the possibility of replacing her boiler. Gavin went in, treated her with respect and dignity. Serviced her boiler, got it all working, tested her co2 monitors.
He left her a very happy, relived and especially a warm lady

Amazing service
Amazing service. Dan came to check everything on Friday and by Monday afternoon a new boiler had been installed by Lewis! He explained everything clearly and was incredibly tidy, clearing up everything after the job was finished. Great communication from the whole team too. I would definitely recommend and will be using Rowlen again!

Brilliant company
i have used this company for several different plumbing jobs. Just had a new boiler put in. Excelance service. Clear information and good prices. Have had Tommy, Gavin and Lewis who have always been on time and profesional. Very tidy. Very friendly and trustworthy. Have recommended them to friends.

Booked an engineer for boiler service. Tommy arrived at the time agreed and did a very careful and thorough job. I will be very happy to use Rowling again.

Good combination and great experts!
Could not fault them at all! Out of all the firms quoting me they went above and beyond.
A couple of companies said I couldn't have combination boiler due to low water pressure but Tommy found a fault regarding the issue when he visited and quotation and fixed it so I could then have my combi installed. Boiler experts.
