Disappointment
My disappointment with the process was that my particular claim was very much delayed by a very unreasonable time delay before being finalised .
It was not dealt with very satisfactorily by Rowan Rose.
No communication offered as to why the delay had to be taking place

Fuss Free and Highly Recommended
Rowan Rose Solicitors acted for me in connection with the miss-selling of the Solar-Panels fitted to my property. At all times I found their approach to this matter to be professional and understandable. I found that the process was explained and conducted in a manner that was clear and completely comprehensible. Rowan Rose represented my Solar PV mis-selling claim, they fully explained the process from the outset, including their no win no fee claims model, what fees I would be charge following a successful outcome and the timescales I could expect the claims procedure to take. They kept me fully informed throughout and the claim was settled quicker than I expected.

Efficient and effective.
Roman Rose dealt with a claim against a solar panel company, they did everything all we had to do was supply some paperwork and a statement. I was happy with the outcome which wrote off the interest on our repayment plan, reducing the amount monthly from £113 to £26. The company was efficient and kept us informed of progress. There was always someone available to deal with any questions we had.
