Terrible support at Rowan girl dot com is a complete scam email address. They do not respond to any inquiries for a return request. Do not purchase anything from their site. It takes months to arrive.

What a bad expérience! Poor quality! Impossible to have a refund!

I ordered two dresses from them, and the shipping company says it was delivered, but it wasn't. It appears to be a fake shipping company, but I haven't received my order. I reached out to customer service and was told, "Sorry, but it shows it was delivered." UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

I didn't ask for a refund, just my order that I already paid for and that I still haven't received.

Horrible quality - nothing like the photos. They won't let you return anything. I am kicking myself for falling for this company.

Horrible company. You cannot find a phone number to call. They do not respond to emails. I bought three dresses - none of them are good quality nor fit. I am now just out that $100+ with no option to return. Complete SCAM. Don’t buy from them.

Everything is AWFUL about this company. And don’t bother fighting your credit card to get a refund. Such a scam and waste of money.

No refunds possible, no return. I wrote an email asking for help with return. No answer. I found all these reviews and I think there’s no reason to write them at all. Please, don’t buy anything. The quality of the fabric is terrible, the fit is awful.

If I could give less than zero, I would. First of all, it arrived late with no opportunity to cancel vause it was 'in shipment process'. Additionally, they offer a US size scale from which to base your purchase, yet it is NOT American sizes!!! Furthermore, It's nearly impossible to get a refund/exchange because they are located in China. So instead of an exchange/refund, they offer you a tiny refund along with a 30% discount on you're NEXT order; you'd have to be out of your mind to order another thing from them and they know it- hence this illogical offer. They know you can't return to them because it's not worth the fortune to return to China and they certainly do not pay for a return label. I had to do a ton of reaching out and a ton of documentation to open a claim with Pay Pal. I finally got my $ back but it was a HUGE hassle!

I have been trying for weeks to get a hold of someone to help with a return. All I wanted is a return label! The dress I ordered is too small and all I want to do is exchange it for the next larger size. RowanGirl suggested I keep the original order, maybe give it to a friend, then buy a new one. THIS is customer service?! I have sent umpteen emails and Facebook Messenger (which they recommended), and now nobody will respond. This dress was supposed to be for my son’s wedding dress rehearsal. I took it to a tailor but letting it out is cost prohibitive, and even the tailor said the quality isn’t worth it.

My review needs to be NO star! They STOLE an influencers pictures and I thought I was buying from her as I’ve done many times. It wasn’t till I got a message from her that this happened and not to order from this site that it all made sense. Also the order “showed” delivered on Jan 8 and it was nowhere to be found. When I contacted them they said the item hadn’t been shipped yet…. What the heck??? I am going to go through PayPal to log a complaint…. Wish I would have used a regular cc to get my money back. That’s the last time I buy from one of the companies. Just the worst

Run - do NOT buy anything from this company. Return policy, what policy? They sell trash clothes, won’t give address for returns, offer pathetic excuses- that’s if they even bother to respond. I have lodged a complaint with PayPal for their disgraceful behaviour. Good luck if do buy from these scammers.

This company is the worst. Ordered a piece of clothing that was not made right at all, shoulders stuck up 3 inches off the shoulder from the way it was made, ridiculous. They kept giving me the run around with the return slip and asked if I wanted a $7 off this order and 30% off next. I would not order from this company if they were the only ones left. Still no return form. Still asking if I want a discount. DO NIT ORDER FROM THIS company.

Absolutely agree with everyone on this !!! Rowangirl is a scam site bought a dress and when received was not the correct sizing and also nothing like the Picture of the dress !!! wish I could add a photo of the horrible dress I received what a joke this site should be shut down nothing but scammers and when u read their reviews on their site they all sound wonderful so I tried to write a review on their site and guess what it got deleted straight away!!!!! I actually got an address to send the horrible dress back and guess what 2 months later it was returned to me with not at this address surprise surprise!!!! Hopefully people read all of these reviews before buying from these scammers wish I had I will be checking trust pilot before buying from anymore!!!! Do not buy from Rowangirl !!!!

Received my dress, very pretty but too small. Their size chart is way off. Been trying for two weeks to get an address to return the dress and receive my full refund, only to be told, they will not refund shipping fee. they also want to give me a cash credit and 30% off my next order if i just keep the dress and give it to a friend (their words not mine) I do not want credit or discounts, I want my refund. Why is there no address or phone number available on their website, because they are a poor business...really wish i would've read the reviews before ordering !!!!

This is the absolute WORST company ever! I have been emailing them for 2 weeks now to return and get my money back and they are delaying their time and saying the same things OVER AND OVER again about that they will give me 30% discount on the next item!
