James and his team have done two projects for us on our residential property. We have had a fantastic experience; the standard of work is very high, the guys are trustworthy and they keep a clean site. They are all very professional and easy to contact, always accepting a phone call for any (silly) questions one may have. The guys take pride in their work, and I have already recommended them to friends and colleagues.

James and his team at Rowan Carter have built a large extension to the side, front and rear of our house. A project which could have easily suffered major delays or set backs and throughout the whole process they have been friendly to deal with, professional and most importantly on top of the small details that make all the difference at the end of a project. The whole team is spot on and James is always on the end of the phone when we need him. Couldn’t recommend them enough

Top quality garage conversion done by professionals. We decided to convert our garage into a living space with a new window, new internal and external doors. James and the team gave advice on who we had to contact for building permissions and walked us through all of the steps. We also had an attic installed with a loft hatch, this included new insulation and floor boards so we could use it for storage. We had a custom made sink fitted and James happily fitted this adding in all the plumbing required for hot/cold and waste. Great work at a good price.

Have used James and his team for two garage conversions now and can not praise them enough. They take care of everything removing any stress from the build, even to liaising with the council for you, whilst also ensuring you are kept up to date every step of the way. Their quality of work is second to none, their customer service is exceptional. I can’t praise them enough. I would ever have anyone else do my building work for me now!
