Excellent Dealership
I bought my latest, Mercedes CLA 200 AMG car from Rovia Cars. Best decision I made. The car was excellent and the staff was so friendly and helpful. They've changed the wipers on the spot when I've asked them.
Their after service is outstanding. I realised when I got home that one of the floor matts was unfortunately not in the car and the Sat nav sd card was removed. I called Allan and with no hesitation order me a complete set of AMG matts and a brand new sat nav sd card which was delivered to my home address.
We are already saving up for our next car from Rovia. Excellent dealership.

Poor aftersales - GET THE CAR THOROUGHLY CHECKED.
We bought our daughter her first car from Rovia Cars.
Got the car home and that night the car had problems overheating. I was told to take the car to a garage, which i did and Rovia paid for. I also advised them at the time that there were other faults found by the garage (Brake Disks, Pads and fluid change, Shock Absorbers leaking, rear tail light assembly needed replacing to LED) totalling £600, for which Rovia said it will not pay for. Also was meant to receive AA cover, which has not materialised.
So they are selling sub-standard vehicles, and i will probably take them to a small claims court for re-imbursement.
Hopefully they will contact me and rectify my expense. Fingers crossed
