Rove dash cams are the *worst*! I got into a hit and run accident, and the Rove caught everything--except when I downloaded the video, the license plate was blurry. I followed up with customer support, which is very minimal (as they only text you) and they refused to refund me for the defective/flawed dash cam. Go elsewhere!!! There are better dash cams on the market!!!
So far it is a great product that performs as described. Easy to install and use while driving. Got a great price of $99.99 on Amazon 2 day promotion this week.
I had the R3. It stopped working after a week. Contacted customer service and they helped me through some test. Customer service is through text or email. No phone support. I sent the unit back, tracking shows they received it, but a month later, no contact from them. No unit. I feel they ripped me off.

They could not help because the prefix of my
Order number is 212- which denotes an order
Made in the USA ? ! ?
I spent All day being bounced from USA to UK
Next day I spent hours trying to get Amazon to help me
Begged both Rove and Amazon to get back to me …Nothing at all
So I have rejected the Dash Camera and apparently have to pay to post it back to America and will hopefully get reembursed
