They are doing very well. This is my third year with them as my domain registrar. I had an issue updating some details on my account and they helped me get it resolved.

If you’re considering Route Africa, be warned. I paid for a domain renewal today and after hours of waiting, there’s been no update, no confirmation, and no response to calls or WhatsApp messages.
This is not the first time they’ve handled things this poorly. Their lack of communication and accountability is extremely unprofessional. Domain services require trust—Route Africa has lost mine.
