Did not receive an order email after purchase. Refund email is fake/ does not exist. Tried calling no answer. Do not use this site. The positive reviews are most likely fake. Order tracker is false as well as it was not able to pick up my email

I ordered the software but haven’t received any reply. Trying to call them, nobody answered. I also emailed them to cancel the order. Haven’t received any reply. Its a scam. The email they gave for refund is not working.

I would definitely NOT recommend…
I would definitely NOT recommend Roundretail. I ordered software from them and paid with credit card. After they accessed the money, I did not receive any further instructions nor did I get any downloads from them including any Keys. After a week of no contact I decided to cancel my order. 4 times I have contacted them or at least attempted to contact them but they will not respond back. I have been patient but this is a blatant scam. Do not go there.
