Thought I had set up automatic payment, but when it wasn't taken out of my checking account, I called Roundpoint. Turns out I had only given my insurance info on line, not signing up for auto payment. The person handling my call was very professional and patient while walking me through the process of setting up an account and setting up auto pay.
Alex answered all my questions about my Escrow repayment as I am changing my property insurance.
Spoke to Alex, he was so helpful in making me feel confident that during the transfer transition our payment will be posted that was mailed om 5/31 and went over everything else we need to know.
Mortgage was transferred to RoundPoint. I received Excellent customer Service from Ms Jane with getting my account set up!! Thank you!! AM

I requested to be called as the auto recording message was telling me to pay for my mortgage for June 7, 2023. I was confused as this was supposed to be on autopay. Then, I requested to be called by phone. I got Rosa. She's very patient with me. She helped me navigate the dashboard. I hope I get Rosa next time again.

Round Point purchased my mortgage from another company. My experience has been very frustrating. I went onto their payment platform and made a scheduled payment. Instead of taking the money from my account on the scheduled payment date they tried to take the money from my account that day. I called and after great difficulty was finally able to speak with someone and was told that is just an issue with the software and there was nothing I could do. I have made multiple attempts to pay the mortgage and have had issue and after issue and now my payment will be late and will post negatively to my credit and I have been given hundreds of dollars in fees between round point and my bank.. This is the first late payment I have had on my mortgage in the years I have had it, all due to their awful services. I am having my mortgage bought out by another company immediately as I refuse to work with a fraudulent company like Round Point Mortgage.

Once I got to a human being through the automated phone system, Alex was most helpful, answered all my questions promptly and professionally... thanks Alex and Roundpoint!
Everytime I call it's the same thing. I call to get an answer to a simple question. I have to first go through an automated machine that asks several questions. Then I get transferred over to a representative that asks me more redundant questions. They ask me if I live there and if I want to keep the home. They ask me this every single time I call. And the thing is a am calling to ask a question about making my payment. Then they talk to you in circles and drill you as to why your payment is late, if even for a few days. This last time i was so stressed and irritated 25 minutes into the call, that I just hung up. It took almost 30 minutes to try to get a 1 minute question answered, which never got answered. This is the reason I try to avoid calling Roundpoint customer service.
