I was disappointment regarding the…
I was disappointment regarding the recent delivery of my order. Despite clearly specifying West House as the shipping address in my order, the package was mistakenly delivered to East House.
This error has caused unnecessary inconvenience and could have been avoided by double-checking the address details before dispatch. I strongly urge your team to take greater care in verifying delivery addresses in the future to prevent similar mistakes for other customers.
