Awful experience. Work should have been done on the room before i had moved in, nothing was done. They simply dont know what theyre renting. Property was 'deep cleaned'. Reviews are taken down about the illegal fee of checking in, this is not a hotel. You will not recieved the check in fee back they will jist make excuses. Only met and talked with Saghar Singh, unimpressed. Highly unprofessional. They changed the move in date to a later date which was not updated on the contract nor did i recieve a copy of the contract.

Very professional throughout sale and good price

From the first contact with Mr. Saagar I could feel his very professional and reliable approach. Excellent communication, every question or doubt was clarified on a regular basis, and there were quite a lot of them, which is why I value him for his patience and leading 'by the hand' through the property rental processes, from a landlord’s perspective. I could count on his help in deciding on the rental price and finalising the transaction. He is a highly recommended agent to work with.

Having moved into the property I have found inconsistencies between what I was told by the letting agent and the reality. This includes parking spaces and the date by which the room refurbishment would be completed.

A month into my tenancy, I do not get notice of visits by the letting agent or landlord, have yet to receive an inventory and have realised that my contract references the wrong room.

My calls and messages are ignored more often than they are replied to. I experienced significant delays in the responses I do receive.

The additional charge for check in seems excessive when it only consisted of handing over keys.

On a more positive note, the letting agent was friendly during the viewing and happy to answer my questions

I will highly recommend Rouds Estate and letting Agents, when renting, selling or buying a property. The communication process was fine and the reception from staff was warm and friendly.

The landlord is very polite, the house is very big and nice. I was not disappointed at all.
