Horrible experience

Horrible experience. They brought me the oxygen machine last nite and I had to remove it out of my home immediately because of all tge roaches that were coming out of machine. So today they sent an idiot out to replace it for me, that left our house smelling like feet so bad we had to leave the doors and windows open on the house to air it out. Where do you find these employees at? Disgraceful company. If I did not need the oxygen I woukd have called someone else immediately.

Rotech can't deliver CPAP re- supplies timely

I've been a long-term patient of Rotech and for some reason in 2026 they have completely messed up my resupply schedule (I had to call to get my nasal pillow for my cpap to be delivered. Now they have for the 2nd month in a row failed to deliver my resupply timely so I have a new pillow every 2 weeks.) I'm giving them 1 more shot to get my resupply schedule setup correctly or i will switch providers (I never had these issues with Adapt Health)

Problems with Rotech from the start.

I've had problems with this company from the start when my doctor's office told me they had switched to Rotech. At first I was excited and I got all the necessary equipment I had needed including a new CPAP machine. Then the issues began. Someone at billing didn't do their job correctly and my previous CPAP agency got paid for everything that Rotech had given me. Well they started harassing me for it back and started sending people to my house to give them my CPAP machine back to them. Absolutely not! I couldn't believe what was happening. Since I never gave them my equipment back and they weren't paid for everything they told me I couldn't get anything else from them for 5 years. So I said that was fine. I'm not one to argue. Well it's been way past five years and during those years I got billed periodically for this and that. I would ignore it because at first I thought it was spam. Until I called them and they said they didn't have my insurance on file. Okay that's fixed. Next I needed a new CPAP because mine had broken and I received a new bill from them for equipment from a year ago that I just recently received. They still should have my insurance on file. I was told for the new CPAP to get a doctor's signature. Fine. I just called and they said my account is inactive because of an unpaid bill from last year! I said I have insurance and the phone call mysteriously hung up. Am I going insane or does this sound like they think I'm going to pay them while they're getting paid through my insurance also? Or they have a "third party" and I don't want to sound mean but communication is hard and what is lacking here really? Why do they keep messing up? I've never had this happen before with any other company ever and I'm almost 50 years old. It's like I'm doing their job for them. Communication is key. Knowledge is key. Notes on a person's file is a must. Every phone call, every letter, everything should be documented.

When I first started using Rotex they was on the one. Then all of a sudden it was a 360 for me. They say they are coming to bring me supplies and don't show up. Then when I order parts for me machine and they show up. They bring stuff that I didn't ask for. The conversation I had with them. The young lady I talked to sounded like she was in the bed. You all got to do better

They showed up and got me hooked up to oxygen. That’s why I gave them two stars. After that, this has been the most understaffed unresponsive business I have ever dealt with! They do not answer their phone. They put customers on terminal hold. The least amount of time for me has been 30 minutes. Today we were on hold for 45 minutes. And then, once again, they did not shiw up! They are so understaffed that they only pick up equipment on Mondays. Except they don’t. We have been trying to get them to come for three or four weeks.
HealthOne shoukd drop this company. They are terrible!

Great experience with the Rotech office in Hudson florida

We went in to the Rotech, Hudson Florida office today to pickup another cpap machine. We had a lovely gentleman named William. He was so helpful with explaining everything about my new cpap machine. He took his time with us and we didn’t feel rushed at all. He is differently an asset to this office. The front office personnel are amazingly helpful as well. Thank you everyone

Incompetent and Predatory

I have nothing but regret that my physician used this company for my CPAP. They are overpriced, routinely pester me to buy more supplies, and cannot competently bill my insurances. I continue to tell them I won't pay the bill until I have documentation they have billed both my primary and secondary insurances, to no avail. Their call center is cacophonous and useless. I hope I can find a way in the future to never have to deal with them again.

They deserve a zero

They deserve a zero. I get a text that I own for equipment. I gave them my name and dob. They want more info and i'm not giving that out till I know who you are. She won't tell me, says she needs my full address because she has 4 people with my name, bull. That's why you get my dob, people. I have no idea who they are or what they said I received and they won't tell me. I don't know who these people are, but when you hang up on me because i insist on knowing what your business is and what equipment you provide, something isn't right there. Someone needs to tell them, bill insurance and then they will tell their customers if and what needs to be paid by them. Just ridiculous and terrible people skills. You have to bill people if you expect to be paid, of course, you really do have to provide a service as well.

Worst medical equipment business

Worst medical equipment business I have ever had to deal with. The staff and supervisors are just as useless as the person that owns this medical supply business. Don't ever expect them to call you back and address your issues or concerns. You literally have to call them back or they will just ignore you. It's apparent that the owner does not care how his company is run as long as the money keeps coming in. Unfortunately for me there is not another medical equipment company near me. I'm praying that a reputable medical equipment company opens up near so I can get my Bi-PAP machines and supplies without having a nervous breakdown.

I am a social worker at a…

I am a social worker at a rehabilitation facility, and I am writing to express serious concern regarding my recent DME order. My patient has Humana Gold, which requires that I use your company exclusively for equipment needs.

I faxed an order for a Hoyer lift and a bedside commode on 12/1 and followed up by phone on 12/2 to confirm the order was received and would be delivered before discharge. I was verbally assured that the order was in process and that delivery would occur as expected.

Today, 12/3, I called again to verify delivery for my patient—who is scheduled to discharge on 12/4—and was informed for the first time that your company does not have any Hoyer lifts in stock. I was then told that the soonest a Hoyer could be delivered would be sometime next week.

This situation is unacceptable, unprofessional, and places my patient at risk. My patient cannot safely discharge home without a Hoyer lift, and this lack of communication has created a preventable barrier to discharge and continuity of care.

I am requesting immediate assistance to resolve this issue and ensure that my patient receives the necessary equipment without further delay.

This company is terrible

This company is terrible. They refused to pick up my O2 concentrator that was malfunctioning without a Dr. RX. Because I didn’t want to pay a 300 office visit to get a doctor order, I had to return it myself. I had to lift the very heavy concentrator in and out of my car. Then bend over and roll it up a long ramp. I have damage in my spine and the heavy lifting resulted in chronic back pain.
When I got in the office with 2 young grandchildren with me, there was no one at the front desk The employee was in an room right next to me with the door closed. I know she heard me and my busy grandbabies. I could hear people talking in the room. I waited 20 minutes for someone to help me and when I finally knocked on the door, the rep came out and was extremely rude and told me I’d have to wait because she was “busy with a customer.” When I was finally assisted, I had to prove that my account was paid in full, which I did by showing the receipts from my credit card. My balance was paid in full when I returned it, but I got a bill recently stating I haven’t paid the last 3 statements. My credit card statements prove otherwise.

Terrible

I ordered a new phone which has still not arrived. They have said they posted it to Evri on 19/10/25. I have still not received my parcel and it appears that I am expected to chase this up, which I have done They have my momey and I don't have my purchase. It would appear my parcel is lost or stolen and so they should send me a replacement for the item I have not received.

FIND ANOTHER COMPANY!!!!

Through the whole process with this company, you could never get them to deliver life saving oxygen. Often times you would have to go get the tanks yourself. We lost our loved one and have been trying and trying unsuccessfully to get them to pick up their equipment. You get no help or satisfactory answers. Absolutely worthless all the way around. It's incredibly sad that a company who offers such a vital part of a person's survival gets away with operating like this.

Very unethical company

Very unethical company! Scam artists!
They bill you even if you haven't used their bulky, uncomfortable, poorly-made equipment. They bill you even if you returned the equipment unused, cancelled the account, and never received additional equipment from them. Even when they give you paperwork confirming a ZERO balance, they still bill you. They lie to you on the phone about cancelling fraudulent charges but never do; they simply want to get off the phone call. DO NOT RENT NOR PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM ROTECH!
