Rosyreal 

I ordered the vibrant green coat in good faith. The product that arrived was a dull army green and was significantly different from the item I ordered shown in the attractive photos on the Rosyreal website.

No return shipping service is provided and the cost of returning the item is more than the purchase price. Rosyreal offered to reimburse me 25% of the purchase price, which I declined.

The coat I received is ugly and has no value to me. I gifted it to the Red Cross.

Thankfully I paid with Paypal who offer customer protection and an option to lodge a claim against the seller for goods that are significantly different from the product advertised. You can communicate with the seller via Paypal and if unsatisfactory, you get to escalate the claim to Paypal who then investigate the transaction. I received a full reimbursement.

This company is blatantly misrepresenting their products to mislead the customer, is dishonest in business and their customer service is poor. I do not recommend buying from this company.

very very bad service. This is a fraud company. A month ago I ordered 2 articles, they never arrived. When asking where the product are now, I get a standard mail that the packet is in Luxemburg in the post office. I live in Belgium !!!! Do not trust this company, it's not reliable and spread the news on social media, because they are advertising on Facebook.

Absolutely horrible!

This company is a scam! We have made an order for a coat and it was nothing like on the image. The color, the material and the quality was nothing compared to their commercials!

Do not order from them!!!
