You don't even deserve one star! You took my money on 26th May, no order has arrived and you have not done anything about this except resend a tracking message, You have stolen my hard earned money, which I could ill afford. This was supposed to be dress for a special occasion, for which I now have nothing to wear.

Update following customer service response
Extremely disappointed with customer service. Received an item which was nothing like the advert. Poor quality , and design and colour nothing like the photo. Have sent at least 6 emails repeatedly asking for a returns label and get nothing back from them to assist a return.
Updated review:
I responded to the given email and was fully refunded within 24hrs with words of apology by Rosyday. They are making efforts to resolve the returns contact issue.
Now very pleased with their customer service .

Cannot return items!
Do not order from this company unless you are absolutely sure that you won't need to return anything. 6 emails later and after sending all the information they have asked for I cannot get any details about how to return my products. Presumably they hope the customer will give up and I have. That's £32 I won't get back!! Disgusting!

Placed order on 25 May, finally delivered on 15 June only to discover both items were damaged. Have sent 2 emails to customer service including photos showing damage, contacted via the website and further email to one quoted on trustpilot with the same returns request and advising that if no response received I would be posting a bad review. I placed an order on rosyday for two tankinis, same size just different colours. Only one item was dispatched. I contacted CS when the first delivery arrived and I was notified that the second item was now being shipped. It arrived but the two items although marked the same were completely different sizes. I have now sent 5 emails to CS asking for details on how to return the incorrectly sized item but all I'm getting is an auto reply that gives no relevant information. This was my first time ordering from rosyday and although the quality of the properly fitting item is good the CS experience is dreadful.
